Our physicians are obstetricians, medical specialists who focus on pregnancy, labor & delivery, and the care of patients throughout their pregnancy. During pre-natal visits, our providers will check the health of the baby and mother, discuss steps a pregnant mother can take to ensure that the pregnancy runs smoothly, and perform diagnostic tests to look for potential problems with the pregnancy and delivery.
Our physicians are also gynecologists, specializing in women’s reproductive health issues and treating diseases of the ovaries, uterus, cervix, and vagina. Our providers are trained to evaluate, recognize and treat potential diseases of the reproductive system. Also they can perform surgeries such as hysterectomies (removal of the uterus) and in-office surgeries such as Essure (permanent sterilization) and Thermachoice (treatment for heavy bleeding). They also provide annual exams to help encourage a healthy lifestyle and provide care to help prevent the development of future medical conditions.
