DO NOT GO TO THIS CLINIC! The receptionists are rude and the doctors could care less about addressing your issues. I saw Dr Bowen because the first available appointment with my primary physician was too far out. She rushed me in the exam room and continued to cut me off when I was trying to explain my concerns. Then, after test results came back showing that I need medication, Dr Bowen ignored them! It has been three days since I was seen, I was told by her nurse that a prescription would be sent before the pharmacy closed and it still has not happened! I will never go back to this clinic again and would never recommend it to anyone! Even if it means that you have to drive a little further to go elsewhere DO IT!
I'm a nurse at a different health care facility. I called this clinic 7 times over an 8 day period, on behalf of a patient.First 4 calls were to get orders from the MD, last 3 were to get a manager to call me. As of this writing, not a single person has called me back. My patient ended up in the ED because no one would give me orders to provide proper care. We had exhausted our options.
I have been a patient here for over 7 years with Dr. Abbott. She has delivered 3 of my babies. All of my kids are her patients too. She is caring and considerate. She listens to what you have to say. Quickly responds to her messages. I would always recommend her. Lisa her nurse is also great! Only CON is the Dr. Abbott is leaving.
I am very happy MNGI joined the Vadnais Heights neighborhood. Close to home, and the new location is nice and set up for all patients of size and great for handicap too. It appears to me anyway. I have seen the Celiac staff Eric Meyer and Carol Armstrong the Dietician. They are both very nice and extremely informative. They do need to hire another Dietician than the wait wouldn't be so long to see her. That is the only item I am hoping they do at M Health Vadnais Heights.
The clinic and really nice and clean. The doctor I had was very thorough about tests that needed to be done and explained why she wanted me to have the tests done. I felt like she wanted to help solve my problems quickly and with ease. I definitely will be coming back to this clinic!
My doctor and her team are some of the best people and healthcare professionals I have ever met. They make me feel so safe and comfortable no matter what. My doctor is always extremely patient and available for me anytime I have a question.
They will take literally anything you say in a preventive care visit and code it as a concern so they can charge you for a visit.
Medical care close to home. Easy access. Very friendly & professional staff. Grateful to have.
I have been with healtheast my entire life and have now decided to leave for a clinic that you can actually get in to see your primary doctor. What good is it to have a primary doctor when you never can get in. My very favorite was last week when I called to get an appointment about a ongoing issue and the scheduler told me to plan my appointments better. Excuse me my body can't tell me 2 months out when it will be sick. The administration better try to get there act together before you damage to many patient relationships. My doctor is wonderful...when you can seeher!
My Doctor was able to fit me in despite her having to stay late, it was a very much appreciated gesture during my medical emergency. The clinic was clean and modern. The lady at the front desk was very bubbly and kind too :
