Easy to manage and make payments to provider. I use both app and web and easy to navigate through. When there are issues, the service representatives are very responsive and helpful. My first attempt was email, and I was surprised how quickly I received the response - I was expecting couple of days just like other services, but I received reply in an hour. When I needed more help on the issue, I tried to chat. It was so quick, and the representative was knowledgeable and professional. I am highly satisfied with HealthEquity account.
As a very active user of Health Equity services for many years I continue to be amazed by the level of customer service they provide. Not only are they accessible 24 hours, 7 days a week, but the level of knowledge coupled with the clear desire to service their clients is unparalleled. I always know I will get an answer and that it will not require holding the phone for that extensive period of time that has become the norm in the general realm of customer service. Thanks for being just so good at what you do.
I wanted to know what the balance on my account was and dialed the number on the back of the card. When automation could not verify me, I was given the option to speak with a representative. A few quick verification questions and she determined I needed to be in another area, asked me if it was okay to transfer the call, and in a very short period of time I had another person, just as nice and knowledgeable. She verified my information as well, and gave me the information i was looking for. Though it may have taken a bit longer speaking with live people vs. automation, it was very, very pleasant and extremely helpful.
I thoroughly appreciate how professional and knowledgeable both of my 2 customer service representatives were over the phone — All my questions were answered swiftly, clearly and kindly. I also had a smooth experience navigating my way through both the online and phone application platforms. In a world were simply the thought of health care matters can immediately incite anxiety, it is assuring to know HealthEquity has things under control and our well being in mind. Thank you.
I had to call customer service for an online issue. The call was quickly answered, the rep was very kind, knowledgeable, had a great attitude, and displayed patience. She seemed happy to solve my issue and wished me a nice evening. You don't get service like that very often nowadays! Ty!!
I just had the best customer service experience with Health Equity's online chat support. The support rep was courteous, patient, very competent and professional in resolving my Claim-Payment issues all via an online chat platform. In a time where average customer experience is the norm at best, Health Equity's should be the standard for others! The excellent customer service I experienced this afternoon on a Sunday at that! is what prompted this review. However, I've been a member/participant with Health Equity for 5 plus years & have been very happy with all they offer for managing my health savings account. The site is easy to navigate and manage claims, payments, transaction history and the robust investment services available. This is a tremendous benefit my employer offers & highly recommend others to take advantage of the same especially if Health Equity is the administrator. David Blue

My experience with the team at HealthEquity has been fantastic. The contribution process has been smooth from the start. Even better, everyone that I've worked with, when I called with my questions or requests, has been so helpful, knowledgeable and kind. Looking forward to working with them from here on out!
This is my 1st time having HealthEquity through my employer. I was able to go to the website and re-imburse myself for a couple of prescriptions I paid for. It was a pretty easy process. I connected my bank to my account and received reimbursement in a couple days without any issues. I was very pleased about that.
Lorenzo was very polite and professional. I didn’t have a lot of questions but they still took the time to look into my account. It’s my first time using HealthEquity and I submit a few expenses and requested reimbursement. Lorenzo set clear expectations when I inquired how long it takes for claims to be reviewed. Furthermore, Lorenzo asked if I had additional questions and provided an opportunity for me to learn more about HealthEquity — I had no further questions at the time but if I did, I know Lorenzo would have continued going above and beyond to assist me. They concluded by telling me they hope the rest of my day is lovely. I hope Lorenzo keeps up the good work and is recognized for their efforts not only with me but also with other individuals that might have more demanding questions. Thank you! The chat feature itself was also user-friendly and overall and easy and efficient process. Great platform, great employees, and great customer service. I feel like I made the right choice by choosing to opt into the Health Equity FSA through my employer’s benefits.
