I am beyond grateful for the great care that this team has provided for me, they listen, they took the appropriate time and care for my needs. Very kind from the check in experience. The nurse practitioner Laura has always been excellent and professional, and Shanna the X-ray technician very nice, caring and professional as well. It was worth the wait. I had horrible experiences in the past with Medfast, I can 100% recommend this urgent care. Thank you guys I appreciate you.

The facility is clean and staff is helpful. It was easy to register online and make an appointment. Shanna was amazingly compassionate and kind, even getting a wheelchair for me to go to X-ray! I saw a nurse practitioner, not doctor. She was direct with little personal interaction.  I made an appointment and still waited 45 minutes to be seen.  In the world of urgent care, I would recommend this location.

Visited their location yesterday. Easy checking in. The nurse, doctor and discharge nurse were kind and courteous. Explained results of tests thoroughly as well as discharge instructions. Professional staff. Clean office as well. Nice to have this place nearby in case you need it.

I went in at 4:20 pm when they close at 5pm on a Sunday needing stitches in my finger and they took amazing care of me. No complaints about having to stay late to fix me up. Staff is as friendly as they come. Will be back again if I need them

No one likes going to the doctor but I can highly recommend Adventhealth Centra Care in Cocoa Beach. Nima, at the front desk, checked me in and updated my information.  She was pleasant and helpful.  Once I got back to the room, both girls were super friendly and were very knowledgeable.  The Nurse Practioner was also very knowledgeable.

This Urgent Care facility is excellent!  The Providers are very courteous, caring and listen well. I have been seen by Laura twice in the last three months for minor illness and experienced speedy recovery!

Fast, professional service. From the check in to all the attentive staff. Best Urgent Care visit I ever had. Center ran efficiently to get me seen and treated quickly.

While on vacation I ended up with a sick child. So we found ourselves looking for an urgent care and came to Health First Advent Health Center Urgent care. I was nothing but pleased with the service there.  From the receptionist, to the nurse, to the provider herself- Everyone was super pleasant, personable and got us in and out with prompt care quickly.

I went for an abscess tooth, that I knew I had, just needed antibiotics prescribed. Saw the doctor to explain what I was there for, got a 2-3 minute conversation, and a prescription for the antibiotics. This part was fine, quick and easy. Then I was mailed a bill. This short, easy job, no tests, no need for more than a glance was billed at $498. Outrageous! I will visit an ER before I go here again.

Just got back from visiting HealthFirst in Cocoa Beach and was so pleased with the staff I had! Thank you Kylie, the MA and Laura the ARNP for being so kind to me when I wasn’t feeling my best! Very grateful you’re working there you’re perfect in the careers you’ve chosen!
