I literally am so amazed and happy about my experience at Synergy today. I am a first time Sleep Apnea patient and the ladies of Synergy made getting fitted for the right mask easy, pleasant and smooth. I got to try on 3 different masks in person pick the right one and bring it all home that same day. This process was so simple and enjoyable. I had been apprehensive about the mask to begin with then became even more apprehensive after reading nothing but terrible reviews of other local CPAP stores. It sounded like quite the process and we're mostly only online I need the mask that covers the mouth and nose so I definitely wanted to see the product in person before deciding on something that I'm going to wear for 8 hours a night. Thank you so much Synergy for making this process simple, painless and pleasant. Update. Its been over 6 months and I still have 0 complaints. New mask and filters are always in stock. The 2 lovely ladies that work at Synergy continued to be nothing but pleasant.2/20/23
I'm a first time cpap user and really didn't know what to expect. Jennifer made the whole process as easy as can be! Thank you for helping me get my sleep back! I've also recommended Synergy to a few friends who are not happy with who they deal with for their cpap needs.
Yesterday at 3pm I was crying because my cpap machine died after 7 years and my provider wouldn't provide a current prescription without seeing me and the soonest appointment was 3 months away. I have severe apnea and have never slept without my cpap machine since my diagnoses; my anxiety was through the roof! A friend told me about Synergy Sleep Health and I called them right away and was met with great care and concern. The owner, Jennifer, assured me they would be able to assist me and Mitzi helped navigate my insurance for me so I didn't have that added stress as well. They both gave me so much information and coordinated everything for me. In less than 24 hours Jennifer had reviewed my old sleep study, set up a new machine for me with all the fixin's and spent over an hour in person with me going over all the details. Mitzi whipped up an easy peasy billing summary and I paid the little amount left over after what she confirmed insurance would cover. I was so ecstatic that I treated myself to a cpap cleaner that I have been wanting for a long time, but had never seen an affordable option before today. I've never been so happy to find a new health care provider and am so grateful to find a provider that still cares for patients in a patient-centered model instead of the giant monopolistic healthcare provider that is taking over. It was refreshing! Synergy Sleep Health is FIVE STARS!!!
100% recommend! I seem to always have issues with healthcare but this was the best experience I’ve ever had. I’m young 21 and get easily overwhelmed with this type of thing, but Synergy made the process an absolute breeze. When I initially called, I gave my insurance info and was walked through what the next steps were. I made an appointment with my pcp, got a referral with frustrating difficulty as young females with a BMI < 30 aren’t often even considered as candidates for sleep studies, apparently?, and was called back. I was told what my insurance would cover and what I would need to pay and scheduled an appointment within a few weeks. At the appointment I was walked through all the steps for my take home sleep study and slept that night in my own bed as I normally would. It was a small device that did not bother me whatsoever. A few weeks after returning the device, I received my results and went back in to go over them and how to use my new cpap. It’s been four months and I’m so in love with my cpap and the experience I had with Synergy. You won’t regret it.
My experience has been great. Synergy Sleep Health was such a great affordable option for me and my family. The cost of a sleep test was the main reason why I did not do it. Its been 10+ years of sleeping on the couch for me and now those days are over. Sleeping much better, not snoring and feeling better....and back in a bed! Jennifer and her staff are great to work with and can be reached at almost anytime by phone or email. The take home sleep study was easy too. I'm so glad I was introduced to them and I look forward to working with them as I continue into the future. Thank you Synergy Sleep - would recommend you to anyone!
I have been working with the ladies at Synergy Sleep for a few years now. They are always so helpful and answer all of our questions. They really know their stuff! They make having a CPAP easy and take care of all our equipment needs. I would HIGHLY recommend them to everyone.
I definitely recommend Synergy if you're in the market for CPAP. Mitsy and Jennifer know their stuff and personally help you with every step. My Dr called in my numbers and two days later I walked out with my new machine. Mitsy did all of the insurance leg work and Jennifer took her time helping me learn my machine and trying several different masks. She made sure I was comfortable with everything before I left. Very nice and personable experience!
What a great experience! I was very hesitant about the sleep study & actually kind of scared about the CPAP machine. Jen explained every step thoroughly & got me sleeping soundly. My wife and my heart can’t thank you enough!
Jennifer is awesome. I cannot say enough good things about her. I was very hesitant about having a sleep study done even though my husband said I was making gasping and gurgling sounds while sleeping, With Jennifer's help and being able to do the study at home. because I don't sleep well away from home. It was so easy. She walked me through every step. Even gave me her number to call her if I had any questions. When the results came back to find out I needed a machine She was right there helping me get the right machine and explaining everything I needed to know about it. I have never had someone take so much time as she did to help me understand everything I needed to know. She was very patient and professional through out the entire thing, She took care of all the insurance paper work and her assistant is also very knowledgeable. Donna G.
Jennifer @ Synergy Sleep Health is amazing! What brought me to Jennifer was the fact that I was able to do the sleep study in the comfort of my own bed. Jennifer is very thorough w/ the whole process and after the study is done, she becomes your "sleep coach" talking you thru your sleep results and getting you to a good night's sleep! I feel fantastic and am so glad I found Synergy Sleep Health!
