The 35,000 square foot HealthQuest facility offers all the resources you'll need to improve your health, regardless of your fitness level or current health status. Our trained staff members are all degreed or certified as fitness instructors, personal trainers or nutrition professionals and are committed to serving your needs. We offer the following features: indoor lap pool, warm water therapy pool, spa, group exercise and aquatics classes, swim lessons, cardio equipment, strength training equipment, free weights, steam rooms, racquetball courts, cycling room, full-time degreed and certified health and wellness specialists, licensed massage therapists, sitter service, nutritional counseling, and ActivTrax. We are a Silver Sneakers and Silver & Fit facility."
