When this facility came to Buford Georgia we transferred from a clinic in Suwanee that was ran like a bunch of amateurs. Coming to healthquest aka Pinnacle treatment facility was the best move me and my wife ever made! The staff are amazing and considerate to each individuals needs and have no problem going out of their way to help anyway they can. Thanks Healthquest!

This place is absolutley wonderful as well as every single staff member! they squeezed me in after saying they could hear it in my voice I was in full withdrawal. I have my life back && it's only been two weeks but thanks to them it will be my whole life!!! using hasn't even crossed my mind once! I am so happy I took the leap of faith and I've never felt better and no one in the office made me feel judged they are truly amazing and if I ever move i would still use the buford office it feels like home.

I can’t completely put into words how great this place really is. I don’t know how they managed to find a staff that consistently strive to make a difference in people’s lives day in and day out. These people are so much more than helpful. You pay $12.50 a day and they provide you with so many resources worth so much more than that. I came in with no intention of even getting clean but quickly learned that with their help it’s not an impossible feet. It’s not just a place to get medicine for addiction, they provide counseling and support to help you achieve a better lifestyle. There is no judgement, I can talk to my counselor about anything. They can even help you find a job. They don’t expect anyone to be perfect and understand the severity of opiate addiction. If you relapse, you won’t be shunned. They’ll help determine what needs to be done to make the changes you need to make. It’s up to you to make those changes but they genuinely value your success and want a better life for you. See for yourself. You won’t regret it!

This clinic is honestly the best one I've been to/heard of. It actually looks like a professional doctors office. In and out usually within 5-10 minutes unless you're scheduled for a surprise drug screen, which usually happens to be everyone on the same day lol But other than that it's relatively quick. They changed policy, so when you first do intake you can only increase 5mg a day and then when you hit 50, 55, 60, 65 and 70mg you have to stay on it for 3 consecutive days then 75 has to be approved by a doctor so it'll take until the next day. Also, while you're increasing, if it takes longer than 21 days each time you increase has to be approved by a doctor. Every one that works there is absolutely amazing except for one of the nurses, um, Courtney I think is her name. She's always got an attitude and not very caring to be working in that environment. Kind of gives off that feeling that shes the gate keeper to your sobriety. They also have a new app that lets you "check in" before you get there... they open at 545 but if you check in thru the app you can dose ahead of the people waiting in line to check in

The bathrooms are NEVER cleaned even told them how disgusting it was and they just sat there .

Terrible place!! Revolving door! They care about money!!! You barely see your counselor! Run from this place!

I absolutely loooove all of the staff here!! I was at a really low point in my life when I first started coming here but Nicole, Courtney, and everyone else here really are just absolutely amazing!! They genuinely care about you

Good place. Was told something on the phone, when I was living 2,000 miles away, that affected my decision. When I got here, I was told something a little different to what I was initially told, but I was honest and said that this greatly affected my situation. By the next time that I came in, they had changed things to accommodate what I was told. Now you may say that that is what they're supposed to do, but in this business, the reality is that it is usually the legality and the condition set by the DEA and the state, that are the defining parameters in the end. Usually clinics do not want to rock the boat for your sake. That is why it was nice to see them keep their word.

If you are looking for a clinic that truly cares and you never have to worry about the nurse being late then this is your place. I recently had to transfer due to a long commute unfortunately and i really miss everyone i had no idea what i was transfering to. I miss u guys especially Evelyn great counslor helped me through alot. These guys truly truly care about thier patients and thier recovery i promise you. If things change transportation wise for me i will be back guys i assure you. Angela crawford..i miss you guys a ton.

I recommend this place to any one that needs help with addiction. The staff is so friendly . They treat you like a human not an addict. Nathan at the front desk is a delightful, kind and awesome person.
