HealthSource of Port Charlotte is outstanding! We have purchased several items there and would not go anywhere else.  Nick is very knowledgeable about his products, is friendly, respectful, and truly a kind and caring person. The two medical lift chairs we have purchased and the rolling walker are of excellent quality and very fairly priced.  When Nick delivers the items, he places them where needed and takes the time to explain all the features.  You certainly do not find that kind of customer service these days!  Thank you Nick and all the staff for your wonderful and excellent service, it is very much appreciated.  You are truly an asset to our community!

My experience was amazing. The service and friendliness of the employees was outstanding very helpful.  I purchased a 4 wheel scooter which they worked well with me and the price was great. After my purchase they went out to our vehicle and showed us how to unassemble it to put in our car which I thought was very nice.  Thank you Health Source.

This is our go to place for medical equipment! We bought a lift chair here a couple years ago and brought a scooter in for repairs about the same time, only to learn that the only thing wrong was the operator! Honest, helpful, Nick goes above and beyond! Recently we decided to buy a new scooter, but I committed that I wished it came in purple. Nick spoke up and offered to paint it purple! We picked it up today. It is a beautiful royal purple. Plus, true to form, going above and beyond, Nick also threw in a couple extra sets of fenders in case I had any problems. Walking out the door Nick continued to remind me that I have his cell number and to call or text if I ever need any help. Excellent products, and amazing service!

We we're very pleased with every aspect of our experience! We were warmly greeted,  shown a variety of lift chairs and found one we liked. They offered to deliver that same day if needed! Very kind and thoughtful.  When they delivered the chair,  they delivered the old one to my neighbor! We will definitely use them for any supplies we need!

I called Health Source at 9:00am on Friday morning to rent a lift chair, and spoke with Kevin.  He was very kind and patient as he listened to my long tale of woe, and explained he could deliver the lift chair that day.  Three hours later, Kevin arrived with the chair.  My hero!  It is rare to get positive and prompt customer service.  Thank you Kevin, and thank you Health Source.

What a great shop!  I was trying to repair a cane that my mom no longer needed and was missing a part so we could pass it on.  Health Source was recommended to me by another medical equipment store in town as a place that perhaps could help me with the part.  When I arrived the sweet lady at the desk immediately found what I needed, installed it for me, and wouldn’t take any money from me.  If I ever have a need in the future I will be giving Nicholas Schmidt and his staff my business because of their knowledge and generosity!  Health Source!

I brought my quantum 600 power chair to be checked. The motors were bad and needed to be replaced. After talking with Nick, I decided not to fix because of age and price. I was going to rent a scooter until I decide what I was going to do. Little did I know, a customer's family dropped off a power chair and said to give it to someone that is in need. I had just spent all my money on house repairs from Ian so my money was gone. Thank you Health Source for blessing me today. Thank you Jesus.

My husband's Pride electric lift chair broke and the manufacturer gave me the name of 3 companies who could possibly repair it.  HealthSource was the 3rd call and I am so glad I called them.  Nick was so very helpful and so very honest...a rarity these days to be sure. Highly recommend this company!!!

My wife was in need of a mobility device, and we didn't have any idea as to what type or whether we should rent or purchase. We stopped in at the Health Source store and had a great experience. Nick and Shery were both knowledgeable and patient. We rented a scooter and had such a good experience we decided to purchase our own. We highly recommend Health Source for quality products and 5-star customer service.

Health Source is a great place to get your supply's and wheelchair repairs. They are fast, friendly, capable and most importantly honest. Nick got my power chair running in no time  and while he could have charged more he gave me a great price. Health Source is going to be me new "go to" place for all my wheelchair and medical needs!
