The phone number that is out there is not answered buy no one, I’m trying to make an appointment but every time makes me to leave a voice message. They need to update that phone number to anyone can make appointments without making them leave a voice message every time.
Terrible service had me on hold forever and none of the extensions were helpful. No way to contact someone working directly. It is a nightmare dealing with them.
Todays date 12-03-2021 came in for a copy of my immunizations, whoever the lady is in the front wasn’t very attentive. When I approached the window, she just pressed her speaker , picked up her eye brows and never said anything just kept making eye contact for me. As for that, when I told her why I was coming in, she told me to go back outside and stand behind the line where the potential covid vaccine takers are standing, even tho I’m not here for that reason. Her other staff member had address to me before if I wanted a copy of my card, that I was standing in the wrong line. And now the lady is telling me to go to the back of the line. At the end to make things short, I told her why? If her own coworker who is managing lines outside told me not to wait there. And she sighed heavily and told me to give her my ID card and to wait .
Didn't have to wait long. Staff very helpful and courteous.
They do not answer the telephone. If you have the great fortune of getting through the answering system which usually leads you back to the same menu, nobody will pick up the telephone. Very disappointing and poor service, especially when most needed during a pandemic.
They will give you an appointment at 1pm only to call you till 3pm. Expect to be here a couple of hours, especially if you go for a program like family planning, la familia, or even to renew!
I called last week because the pandemic asking , if they are doings the blood test and she told , yes and we open at 8:00 am and today I arrive before 8:00 am and the secretary at the inside window ask if a have appointment and I told her no and I called before and she didn't say nothing about the appointment and I ask for this day off at my boss
I had to stop by and request records for my children's school transfer. Debbie with the immunization dept. was professional, freindly, and prompt....Thank you for your freindly approach....
Good service. The man on Lab is one of the coolest guy, always with a good attitude and Dr. Roman is very nice and explains everything very well
Very organized. Some people warring masks , some people, are not warring face masks?? If they get sick . ???
