We are here to help you achieve a balanced lifestyle while helping you reach your health and personal goals. Whether your goal is to maintain your existing health, lose weight, build muscle or get fit, we’ve got you covered. We strive to make great nutrition accessible and exciting. WE ARE COMMITTED TO FRESH, WHOLE, ALL-NATURAL INGREDIENTS:
Our meals are designed with fresh, never frozen, wholesome ingredients. We only use meats that are antibiotic free, hormone free, grass-fed and free range. Our seafood is wild caught. And, our produce is always fresh. We use organic and local ingredients as much as possible and we make sure that none of our ingredients contain GMOs, MSG, or preservatives. Every meal is made to provide you with the highest nutritional value. Our meals are low in sodium and we never use refined sugar. We only use healthy fats to cook with such as extra virgin olive oil, coconut oil, and ghee. We offer several gluten free options as well as low-carb options and we can customize meals to meet your dietary needs.
HOW IT WORKS:
1. Pick your meals or pick your meal plan from our weekly menu.
2. Place your order through email at [email protected] (website ordering coming soon). Order by Thursdays at midnight for delivery on the following Monday.
4. Tell us where you'd like your meals delivered and how you would like to pay (Paypal, Credit Card, Check or Cash).
5. Let us do the rest! Your meals will arrive on Monday!
