Fighting back against processed foods that make us sick and improving access to healthy food!
Healthy Food America is a new, national 501(c)3 nonprofit launching in 2016. We act on scientific evidence to drive change in food policy and industry practice, giving people greater control over their health and reducing diet-related illnesses, such as obesity, diabetes, and heart disease. We are helping energize a national movement for healthier food, starting with a major campaign to reduce consumption of added sugars in food and beverage products, in conjunction with our sister organization, Action for Healthy Food, a 501(c)4 that launched in 2015.
