Homework & Tutor: M-F With a top notch York County School Teacher and a K-12 grade tutor to assess and evaluate learning styles and assist your child complete their homework.
Yoga: M & WYoga is a system of physical exercises and postures. We build strength, flexibility and confidence. Yoga is also about breathing, which helps calm and refresh the body and mind. Yoga is about exploring and learning in a fun, safe and playful way.
Boot Camp: T & Th: Get children moving! Boot Camp is great to get your child moving. Children spend too much time sitting these days. When we don’t move our cells think it’s time to stop producing bone mass or even reproducing new healthy cells. This is why our boot camp is important.
Zumba: Fun Friday Dance Party: Another fun way for children to stay active. Zumba for kids teaches coordination all while doing a little dance.
