Healthy Life Center by Concentra [Sunnyvale Location]

I am only giving it two stars because the actual visit was quick and everyone that helped was very kind and informative. BUT the wait time for a walk in appointment was horrible. I was told 3 hours to wait. I arrived at 10:45am and left at 4:30 pm. That is absolutely ridiculous. I only waited because this was the only place I was able to go for my current employer to have a DOT medical card completed. There were other people there waiting as well.

Based on my experience I’ve have nothing but good things to say about all staff at concentra at Arques. Everyone at that location is always smiling regardless of how crowded it is. I had to wait hours before I could see the Doctor but seeing the staff so helpful and very motivated helping everyone is sure worth the wait. It’s amazing how a Doctor can take the time to call me for a follow up that’s rare now and days and I appreciate that so much that shows everyone cares for the patients. If I can give them more stars I would.

Went here to get a nerve conduction exam. The doctor who administered the exam was friendly and explained the process in a way that was helpful. The front desk person at the first office I walked into it was the wrong entrance for the specific service I was looking for was a little curt with me, telling me they didn’t do scheduled appointments through my provider Kaiser. When I showed her my appointment confirmation on my phone, she directed me to the correct door. She seemed preoccupied and not interested in talking to me.

For a basic physical and a fit mask test, I was here easily for 3 hours. And unfortunately, every time you get a new job, you have to come here to get drug, tested, or a physical. I honestly dread coming here. It is such a nightmare and a waste of time. I honestly do not feel like they are sufficient with their time or do not have enough staff. It's beyond ridiculous how long it takes to get anything done here. Ever. And I had a physical due for two separate jobs. I don't understand why they couldn't just do those at the same time and why I had to make a separate appointment. This is one of the worst places you'll literally spend a whole day to get the most minor things done.

I was there for a TB test - a simple 30 second under the skin needle poke. I waited 1.5 hours to get that! It was only after I made a fuss about it that they got someone to attend to me. To be fair, I had been told that it was going to be a long wait. Which is why I was patient for more than an hour. But it seems like I had slipped off their list.

Dr. Thabit was great. He listened to me first and then gave advice. He also prescribed an anti inflammatory medication that allowed me to wake up without pain for the first time in years. I could not be happier with my decision to go see him!

I got there at 9:20, and left at 1:30. I waited there for three hours.Finally I got in after I complained to the maneger.I got a bad headchae after came back. The front desk old woman was not nice and not helpful. It was a worst experince I never had.

Dr Murray's office was very professional and well staffed. However while reviewing my case there was a major omission on my discharge papers that could have gotten me into a lot of trouble with my employer.

Friendly staff. Instructions given were clear and easy follow. Clean spaces in lobby and office alrea. Facilities were in need of sanitization.

The doctor and nurses are very accommodating and approachable. They will make you feel comfortable and at ease while doing the process. The only thing is the long waiting.
