Description

Fitness and nutrition should be a major player in everyone's life. Not only does a healthy lifestyle make us feel and look better, it allows us to live life to the fullest!
It all starts with a strong foundation and a solid support system...and who is a better choice to solidify this journey then the amazing person you have chosen to travel through life with. Couples training is a fantastic way to spend time with your significant other, create/achieve common goals and know you are never alone in your struggles.

With the Healthy Matrimony 90 program you and your partner will experience increased core stability, improved total body mobility, higher cardiovascular/muscular endurance and (quite possibly the most important) a deeper connection to your partner.
The program itself is broken down into three phases:

Phase 1.)
A progression of body weight exercises and holds to increase core strength and improve form for a safer more effective workout.
-This is the "back to basics" phase. This phase includes full body exercise routines that will be utilized to help you and your partner identify which muscles should be engaged with different body movements, proper form/alignment to create greater stability and how to keep your core engaged through various exercise movements. Without a strong core base or using improper form, we create situations that make our bodies more susceptible to injury.

Phase 2.)
Integration of simple equipment such as Medicine Balls, Slam Balls, Kettle-bells and Dumbbells.
-This is the "resistance" phase. Once a stronger core base is established in phase 1 you and your partner will start to incorporate "Balls & Bells" into your workouts. This phase will increase strength, mobility and range of motion through a variety of full body exercise routines.

Phase 3.)
Putting it all together and creating your own workouts.
-In the final phase of your 90 program, you and your partner will work with your trainer to create your own workouts utilizing the variety of exercises provided to you in the first two phases.
This phase can be very exciting because it allows you and your partner to pick exercises you enjoy, while utilizing the knowledge of your trainer to help you put them in a systematic order to create for an effective total body routine....created by both of you!
