Healthy Packs is an effort by Scottsdale Unified School District school staff, Vista del Camino Food Bank, and local area volunteers to provide nutritious meals and snacks every Friday for students who may have limited access to food on the weekends.
Every week, Healthy Packs volunteers assemble bags of child-friendly, nutritious food for student who qualify for the program. The packs are discreetly placed in children's backpacks on Fridays. Unfortunately, due to limited funds, the program is only servicing Arcadia Neighborhood Learning Center and Tonalea Elemantary schools. Please make a donation to help the Healthy Packs program expand to other SUSD schools: Donate at www.healthypacks.org
