I was very impressed not only with the compassion, and thoroughness of the doctor, but the efficiency and welcoming nature of the office staff. Dr. A spent a lot of time with me and made me feel very comfortable. I will definitely keep going back.

Could not believe the ineptitude and carelessness of the staff and disregard of the doctor w/ regards to care for my Mom. We went once for the initial appointment, and will never go back. Icing on the cake was the receptionist called me at 8:15 AM the day after I left a 0 survey score. She was nice enough to tell me that if I was unhappy that I can find another doctor for my mother. Very special place.......

I found the staff extremely nice, on the phone and in the office. I was a new patient visit so I got a bunch of referrals, they were very thorough and not judgy. My appointment was before lunch and I had to leave for labs, my Dr. said I may not get them done because it was lunch time, but the lab saw me immediately and I was home very quickly. Overall it was a good day. It's been awhile since I had a pleasant experience in a doctor's office. Be kind to others and they will be kind to you, is my motto!!

Healthy Partners in Palm Bay is a total joke! The Reception staff is lazy & rude & totally inept in communication skills! Dr Katz is the worst Doctor I've ever had & I'm in my 60's. Lazy must have rubbed off on him because he doesn't like to read reports he told me. It takes too must time. He's very unorganized!

I switched to Dr Marrero in September. After my first appointment I left a negative review that I wholeheartedly am sorry for. I let my frustration with a situation he had no part in lead me to take it out on him. For this I am truly sorry and felt the need to correct my wrong. Dr Marrero has turned out to be the best primary care Dr I've had. He was the best on the first visit. I have 100% faith in care he provides for me. I would trust him with my own care as well as care for anyone I love. He is a truly knowledgeable and compassionate provider. He listens to all my concerns and explains things in a way that I understand. Whatever issue I may have going on, I trust that he will resolve. I have a complex issue that has causd a lot of frustration with previous providers. Dr Marrero has went above and beyond to resolve the issues I'm having. I feel very grateful to have him as my Dr. Thank you!!

RUN RUN RUN from this practice!!! They hired a Dr Marrero without full Medical Authorization to write prescriptions. WHO DOES THIS? I have been waiting over 1 week for a NEEDED & REQUIRED prescription and am DONE with them, the level of frustration I feel is off the charts. This is MEDICAL MALPRATICE and this occurs when a health care professional or provider neglects to provide appropriate treatment, omits to take an appropriate action, or gives substandard treatment that causes harm, injury, or death to a patient. The malpractice or negligence normally involves a medical error.. THEY NEGLECTED TO PROVIDE APPROPRIATE TREATMENT, OMITTED TO TAKE APPROPRIATE ACTION AND MADE A MEDICAL ERROR BY ALLOWING DR MARERRO TO TREAT PATIENTS THEN NOT BEING ABLE TO WRITE PRESCRIPTIONS.

Very caring and takes time to help you understand what is going on.

Office staff is extremely rude, and talks bad about the patients as soon as they hang up the phone. Very rude.
