As a recent single mother of 6, I've found myself out of balance with my spiritual life, family life, professional life, diet, and physical activity from time to time. I developed the Healthy Pathways For YOU Healthy Living Plan out of my personal desire to have harmony in my own life in a way that works for me and my family, while sharing with others how they could do the same.
