We have a variety of classes available for anyone. Sol Sculpt combines strength and cardio for a fifty minute work out. Sol Stretch we do gentle stretching and light yoga for an easy thirty minute work out. Core Class that works on strengthening core muscles and balance for a strong thirty minutes.
Zumba is a Latin inspired forty-five minute cardio dance class .
When your not in the mood for a work out, we have a massage therapist on call for appointments.
