I've had a bunch of great experiences at Hearing Life in Arvada. Their team is very communicative and helped squeeze me in when I needed anything. The office is clean and quiet and easy to find.
I went in there with a crushed hearing aid afraid that I’d have to buy another one. Laura explained that I was ready for a new one with my insurance I could update to a much better newer model which would give me more options and better Hearing. So thanks to Laura she turned a sad day into a good thing. Very nice to work with and I enjoyed meeting her
Dr. Laura is amazing. She answered all of my questions, helped me with insurance, took great care of my teen and found us a good pair of hearing aids. This is one of the few places where minors can go for hearing aids besides children's hospital. It's way cheaper and faster to get them than children's. The first visit is free, there's nothing to lose by giving it a shot! Update: They call back to remind you to come have your devices cleaned and maintained, all at no extra cost. They'll provide all the batteries, cleaning products and support you could ever need. I feel better about coming here every time we do.
Laura is always willing to help, has a good attitude and gives her 110% to repairing my hearing aids back to normal! Thank you Laura! You all are amazing!
Today, I went for my appointment to check my hearing device and pick up more supplies. They provide a great service and personal attention to my specific needs. I appreciate the support and opportunity to walk in if I need anything else.
I have always had good service. This is the 3rd audiogist that has been in this office. I am not sure why we get a new one every 18 months or so, but they are all friendly and good at what they do.
All health protocols were followed, which made me feel safe at the office. Everyone was welcoming, and Ms. Mancuso was very thorough in explanations I left with a clear knowledge of both operation and care. There are so many advantages, including being to adjust them on my phone. I have significant hearing loss, so I am hearing sounds now that were muffled or silent. I have a follow up appt next week and can always go there during drop-in hours. Very happy!
Very pleasant and helpful. They adjusted my hearing aids and were professional in doing so. They disinfect all equipment and chairs right away after use. Pleasant staff.
Dr. Tina Mancuso and her staff do a great job with testing, especially during pandemic separation requirement. Good explanation of results and understanding of insurance options to help cover costs and technology available for hearing loss.
I have had very good experiences At Hear Never had any problem in getting both my sets of hearing aids
