I go twice a year for ear wax removal. I am seen promptly, within a few minutes of my appointment and the whole process takes just a few minutes and is mostly painless. The entire staff is friendly and helpful. Also, if the hearing aid technician audiologist? is there, she is very willing to give my hearing aids a cleaning and a little tune up. That is MOST helpful.
my appointment for a hearing test and to review the results and treatment options lasted one full hour. you are not rushed, the doctor lays all details on the table and lets the patient decide which option is best for them. I will be back to follow up on my condition. The Willingboro location is convenient to my home and has ample free parking.
This was my first visit. The audiologist was patient, thorough and kind as was the doctor who took time to explain my results and allowed me to ask questions. Which of course I did. Great place.
My brother was seen promptly for his hearing test, and Dr. Shah saw him immediately after, which saved us from having to make a second trip.
