H-Health
HEART 360 cultivates the connection between mind-body-soul to live in harmony in all aspects of our life. "What we put in is what we get." How we nourish the body, our mindset for life, building relationships, global and self-awareness, and physical activity all play a role in one’s health.
E- Education
"Ignite" classes are individually shaped to meet the needs of our students. We create a space where students of all walks of life can find the tools, the inspiration and the drive to "Ignite their learning." Sessions can support students and families with weekly assignments, closing the gap academically, getting on track, study habits, time management, extension or challenge work … The options are endless. Communication between teachers and families is interwoven into weekly sessions during “integration”. A time to share successes, model behaviors and skills or discuss academics in the school.

Arts: My passion for arts is through YOGA…. Not just the physical “yoga” or asana or posses, but the “life of yoga”. Where humans come from a place of unity working together, living together as one with all living creatures on this planet. Showing up to make a difference in the future of our youth. What is your contribution to this world??? What’s your service? Yoga is this balance of “life.” Like work, family, school, health, and bringing it back to breath, to connection, to reflection, ….. Some ways HEART 360 inspires life long learners is through yoga classes, song & dance, play, crafting, and movement.

Roots: Is the idea of connecting to other cultures and language. With my family in Hawaii, Alaska and Costa Rica the roots of different cultures always intrigues me. ¡BRAVO! Classes en Español! was created because of my passion for Spanish. 45 minute sessions run for 10 weeks and are a place where young children can learn basic Spanish through, song, dance, arts, and play using best practices for Early Childhood Education.
Tools: HEART 360 learning center gives students the tools they need in any of these areas: Health, Education, Arts, Roots. Use these tools to build community, awareness, sustainability and education in many topics.
Our mission is to inspire people to become life long learners guided by the heart, with heart and for the heart.
