Given wrong information. Went to pick up meds which I called in for 1.5 weeks before. I was told when I phoned it in that they had the brand name med and it would be ready. They lied about having the brand name and forced the generic on me as "the only option". Also had to pay the filling fee again when it was them that didn't have the full supply initially. Why? My private insurance doesn't cover that. Pharmacist was very rude.

Pharmacist was very rude and forgot to fill all medication and I had to wait for longer and remind them the other medicine. Then the technician asked if there are any questions instead of assessing the need of consultation for the new prescribed medication. Pharmacist refuse to see me. I had to call Springdale pharmacy for the information. Would not recommend this pharmacy.

Great pharmacy, I volunteered there for my community service hours and all the workers were heard working and nice great customer service and a great environment.

I've been dealing with this pharmacy for years. It wasn't bad previously, but then there was a management change, and it went downhill. My doctor put a repeat on a med, but the pharmacy missed it. I phoned to straighten it out, then when I needed the med called to have it filled, and the repeat still wasn't recorded. My meds are delivered due to my having disabling anxiety disorders. It's an agreement I've had for a while. Once when I called, they refused to deliver. The last time I needed a prescription, I had to ask the person on the phone to repeat what they were saying many times because I couldn't understand them. If your accent is so strong, slow down when you're speaking. My name is gotten wrong frequently when I speak with this pharmacy. It's a very simple, common name. Once when I mentioned what my actual name is, I was argued with and made to feel bad for pointing out the error. I've started phoning the pharmacy in the evening so I can hopefully avoid the one individual who is extremely rude.

Businesses at site are not punctual, Locked the door at 6:54 pm though the closing time is 7 pm.

I really wanted to give one star, worst customer service, person was very rude. they asked me to wait for 15 mins and when I went back after half an hour, still the prescription wasnt ready and the representative was very rude and was like dont come untill I call and not ready to tell what time it will be ready! all my prescription was just the simple vitamin tabs!!

Worst customer service. They would not send the prescriptions to you and when you call for help they will leave u on hold for the longest time only to hang up on you.

If there is something below 0 I would give, bad customer service, since Thursday I tried to get someone pull the prescription Isend by email frome there system noe nows ,they end up close the line!!!!

HEART LAKE PHARMACY. On sandalwood..They are very incompetent..1 girl didn't understand English..we have to repeat sentences many time. I had to wait more than 45 minutes for a simple cream. They don't have the way to talk with customers. It's such a shame for this pharmacy to hire such incompetent and uneducated people. The rate is -0 star.

I like the Pharmacists here. They take the time to explain the medications to you. They are busy but always friendly
