The team at Heart moving was SUPERIOR! From the start Anna worked with me to get the best price AND the time I needed on short notice. The team that came to move us out to the state was early, professional, and handled our belongings with care. They moved fast and diligently from our 6th floor apartment in Brooklyn to our two story home in New Jersey in the middle of a busy day. If you are looking for the most incredible, caring movers, this is the number!! Ana was so so amazing, held my hand through the whole stressful process, with so much patience. The movers were so careful with all my things, they even helped me finish packing when they came because I hadn’t completely finished. They moved things around a few times till I liked the layout. Honestly, this was such a relaxing experience because of that!!

Was put in touch with Heart Moving on a Monday and they made my move happen within 48 hours. Amazing. Ana was super on-top of the situation from the initial call, day before confirmation call, day of call, and reaching out after the move. The 3 gentlemen that came over for the move were absolute wizards in how well they packed everything up and got all of our items out of the apartment. The whole event took maybe 4 hours, if even. Least stressful move ever. Heart Moving it top notch.

I needed a moving company to help with my mother’s move. I had a idea that it would be expensive, how expensive it would be blew me away! I found Heart Moving through google search and Chris became our savior throughout this journey. Not only was Chris professional he went above and beyond to help make a stressful time seamless. Through phone calls and emails we came to an agreement and in a short space of time, three professional movers showed up on time, ready to work and made my mother’s first experience memorable. My mother reported that the gentlemen who showed up were “really good.” One of the guys went above and beyond to help take apart her couch that was too big to get through the door frame and made sure it got on the truck. At the new place, they reassembled all the big furniture and place them where she wanted them. Talk about professionalism. Would I use Heart Moving again? YES! Would I recommend them to friends, families, or anyone that I know who is moving? HELL YEAH!!! Thank you Heart Moving and Chris for helping with my mom’s move! I really appreciate your help!!!

Heart Moving really gave me the peace of mind throughout the entire process. From the quote, to providing info, to the overall pleasant attitude of anyone I spoke to on the phone and on the day of the move, I didn’t run into one single issue. Deana in particular was so on point with insurance documents that she was more prepared than my building’s own management company. They really hold your hand through the entire process and not once did I feel like I was being taken advantage of. The prices were quite fair too considering the complexity of my own personal move as well. 5 stars- would absolutely recommend them if you live in NY/NJ
