We were introduced to Cruises, Tours & More about two years ago. The operators of the Christmas House had their grand prize drawing out front of their office in St Lucie West. My wife and I were looking at doing a cruise so we stopped in the next day and met with Judy. She showed us the packages they put together for their clients and we picked a cruise line and booked the cruise. Judy did a great job, took care of all our upgrades, answered all our concerns and was just a pleasure to work with. Moving forward we were so impressed with Celebrity Cruise Lines we booked a second cruise for 2020 on the ship. My first concern was that Judy and Cruises, Tours & More were going to receive their commissions and that they would be our agency we work through. We were assured that they would and we did our booking. Now were are ready to go on our cruise the end of March and the virus hits. Our cruise was cancelled and needless to say a real mess. We called Judy, she found us a new cruise for November same cruise line. They had a promotion running and we locked it up. Judy had to cancel our existing trip, re-book our new trip, get the perks organized, etc... Judy was awesome, the level of support and going above and beyond what she had to do was just amazing. We can't thank her enough for all the hard work she did for us. May Hawkins, has been such a big help in planning our cruise to Alaska. I have had to rely on her several times, and she has always been there, and got right back to me with answers. A pleasure to work with and a true asset to the company

Understand that RCL has reimbursed travel agencies for Reflection April 24 cancellation If this is true when do we travelers get our refunds??????? John Watson

This agency is just what you want in a Travel Agency. They are always one step ahead. Service and upgrades are their expertise. They out do themselves!
