Yoga has origins from over 5,000 years ago. Yoga means to "yoke" , unite, "bind". The tradition of yoga was passed down from teacher to student over the years and the yoga we see today is a blend of traditional vs modern interpretation called Hatha.
We offer Hatha yoga in an intimate and joyful setting. Heart of Yoga's goal is to provide a variety of class styles, from beginning to advanced in a safe environment where students feel nurtured and guided by a professional staff of dedicated yoga practitioners.
