The office is terrible at communication and getting back to patients in a timely manner, especially when said patient isn't feeling well.
I had my vein procedure done on Nov 7th 2019 and I will not get to meet with the doctor until 1/28/2020 for the results. Since then I had to call the PA a week after the procedure because I was having pain she told me to take aleve and call back on Friday I called back on Friday but never received a return phone call. I have since had two leg scans but have no idea of the results. I think communication could be much better.
The WORST to get ahold of wonderful doctors but oh my god every number online brings you to the same automated message that hangs up on you im just trying to pay my bill because they wouldnt let me pay in person
Everyone from the front desk personnel to the medical technicians to my heart care specialist, Dr. Cordido were exemplary. I highly recommend him. Gratefully, L. B. King
