Meredith Sonetz
Meredith’s passion is to provide the highest quality of psychotherapy, direction and guidance to individuals and families suffering with addiction and/or behavioral health related issues. With all of the confusing choices to make, Meredith enjoys assisting the entire family to create a safe action plan. Meredith uses a family systems model when working with her clients. Meredith has been trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and is part of an on-going DBT consultation group with colleagues in her field. Meredith helps guide her clients professionally as well as respectfully so they will not feel lost or alone. She assists her clients through specialized and customized services which include: interventions, recovery coaching, clinical transports and individual/family psychotherapy. Meredith has been working in the field for over ten years as a board-trained interventionist. Meredith also has her Master’s Degree in Counseling and is a Licensed Professional Counselor as well as a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor. Meredith works in private practice in the Western Suburbs of Chicago, IL.
