My husband and I both go to see Dr AL Muradi. He treats us respect and takes his time with us. Ladies at the front go out of their way to always help me setup time for tests and appointments. I brought my husband here too because we didn't like his cardiologist.
This is a terrible office, they do not care about you. Front desk is rude and do not know how to return calls. Make sure you call daily if you’re waiting on test results and appointment availability.
The doctors, physician assistants and nurses here are wonderful. In and out within 30 minutes most of the time. I have been going to them for at least 8 years and have NEVER had a bad experience.
this clinic has gone down hill since becoming affiliated with Dupage Medical I called with an medical question that I felt was important on a weekend and was told the Dr on call would call me back that was over 2 months ago still waiting for call. The staff treat the elderly like the lower class my Dr Nurse shows her disdain for me and lack of respect to know end. I have run a million dollar co and am no dummy even tho she feels like since I am an old lady I should be grateful she allows me in her presence. I have been with that clinic for over 15 years. I do like my Dc.
My mother coded after a common heart procedure. I sat and waited in her hospital room only to find out later that she coded and no one came to notify me. We requested her records and sure enough my mother had coded. When I confronted the doctor his response was "do what you have to do".
Awesome team at front, great space for waiting with a lot of measures for social distancing, this facility is very impressive the doctor took his time explaining to me what is going in, the nurse that come to the room before the doctor does a phenomenal job very patiently. It’s very admirable to find a medical institution that holds itself to high standards employee and trained professional receptionists who have patience and professionalism and willing to go above and beyond to reduce the tasks of the patients to help the patients.
This by far is the worst medical experience I had. Came in because of chest pains once they noticed I wasn’t having a heart attack I because what one nurse called low priority. Four hours of waiting for what? Nothing. I was placed in a room and kicked to the side. I understand that others have more serious injuries and Issues but to be treated with no compassion is unacceptable. I came in pain and I left in pain. As a veteran pain management is not just a phrase it’s a lifestyle so when I come to the emergency room to be treated I’m in pain. This is bad form all the way around.
The wait time is ridiculous! Even though they have a sign that says "If you have been waiting over 30 minutes please inform the receptionist" , it's been an hour and I am still waiting and the receptionists could care less. My last visit, a year ago, I waited over an hour, got into the office, the Doctor complained about the new system, reordered my medications... NO ASSESSMENT, and billed $180.00. I was giving them another chance after their take over by DMG but, I see it has not improved.
It takes 2 months to get into an appointment and then they make you wait 45 - 50 minutes after your appointment for the doctor to come in. Front office staff doesn’t even have the decency to tell you how late they’re running. This practice got way too big & busy to give you care that makes you feel like you’re taken care of. I would steer clear of this practice.
Very slow and poor customer service. If you need to see a doctor you'l be waiting quite awhile. Also, certain receptionists have been dishonest with custoners; I couldn't help but notice the lies they told. I will be going elsewhere for my heart issues. I don't appreciate health care workers who are not only liars and very slow but the disorganization of this place in general will give you anxiety for sure.
