Roger was able to open my laptop with a new password. His work was done in a short time, so I didn't have to leave the laptop and return at a later date. Professional service by Roger. I feel he is one of the most knowledgeable IT engineers in the area. I highly recommend Hartland Computer.
This is the second time I have brought in a computer for repair. All employees are very friendly and seem very dedicated to helping to get the problem fixed. They even opened up at my convenience to pick up my computer which I really appreciated. I would recommend this shop to anyone. You won’t be disappointed

Quick turn around. Great service and very professional. Service plan they offered is great value to customers.
Just called down there with a simple question to see if they had a type of adapter id spend double the $ if they had it. Person who answered the phone I could tell didn't know what a molex adapter would be and instead of working with me of saving the sale I could tell they just wanted to get me off the phone. Terrible customer service. Gonna tell my company not to use this place anymore. Sad day. Was hoping we could get this for the customer today.
Best IT company in town. They have the best service plan. I highly recommend them.
4/16/23 The post below is from several years ago. I took the same computer back to them for a clean out/tune up. Money well spent! Small locally owned business. Both the husband and wife are very knowledgeable and helpful. I will continue to highly recommend Heartland Computer! I HIGHLY recommend Heartland Computer! I had spilled water on my work laptop and was in a panic because of all of the client files and documents I had stored of course I didn't have them backed up Roger was able to recover my documents, install a newer and faster hard drive and reinstall my programs and documents for me. He also gave me some great tips and recommendations. He had my computer back and working better than before the next day!!

Folks were very friendly and helpful. Fixed up and fast. So nice to have a computer shop in town.
