Dealt with this place for a long time and service was always just good enough that I didn't bother going elsewhere. Most of the staff were short and/or rude with me most of the time or just said they didn't have my prescription when I could confirm otherwise with the Dr office. They simply didn't want to deal with me at the moment or make the effort to find anything out so saying no was better for them. most recently I had to pick up a medication that I had already been waiting for and they confirmed 2 days prior they had it and would fill it by Thursday. Calling on that day I was informed they were out of stock and then later told they just would not fill a prescription from that Doctor. Fair enough it is what it is but this was a decision made by them on their own prerogative. they could have informed me of this days prior rather than delaying me in receiving my medication for days longer. No other pharmacy or even the doctor themselves found any reason other than personal ones that heartland could not fill a legal and legitimate prescription from this doctor. I experienced unnecessary completely needless suffering for the simple fact someone at this pharmacy made a personal decision that my quality of life and lively-hood meant nothing to them and would not even explain or be honest with me as to why. I hope they know what they inflicted upon me but likely they don't even know or care if they did and adding that to the already stressful painful and terrifying situation of a diagnosis of an incurable disease I'm sure anyone reading this can imagine just how disgusted and appalled I am with this place. If 1 star is the worst rating just know they belong 6 feet under it.

Best pharmacy I've used so far. My daughter has severe psoriasis && they helped me pick out lotions, soaps that would be good for her skin. Very kind & understanding people

The pharmacist Dave at  Heartland pharmacy is  knowledgeable and they have good customer service, never an problems

Unprofessional facility I never approved of medication being delivered to a home location . And they didn’t even deliver it to my house they delivered it to someone else’s house and left it with them.

overall great pharmacy. Very reasonably priced, very friendly staff, David & the other pharmacists are happy to answer any questions you may have. I love this pharmacy.

Thank you for your prompt and friendly service, I have used the same Pharmacy for years and even though I’ve moved away from them I still do because they treat me as family, not a number or dollar, now I’ve found another family! Although this was my first visit I’m impressed by the entire staff, some of the medications I take come from a certain pharmaceutical company and they didn’t have it in stock, the next day my medications were ready. HeartLand is everything and more that I was told about the Service, Friendliness, and compassion for each individual customer. Ten Stars

Always knowledgeable about medication. You can sit and wait for prescription to be filled. I've never waited over 20 minutes.

I just started using Heartland but so far they're very kind polite and seemed to have things in order when I get there oh, the only problem I have so far is the lack of making phone calls when scripts are in

Employees NOT interested in the line out the door.  so no excuse for staffing or covid.   Just 0 leadership.  What a joke this place has become.  Was referred to of all places walmart from my dr.   Need medicine TODAY.

Heartland caught my attention because they were willing to print out a pharmaceutical industry coupon to decrease the price of my prescription medication from $70 down to $10 per month which the competition pharmacy never did for me.  Then the day before Hurricane Matthew hit, we forgot to pick up our meds in all the distraction.  We were headed for a world of hurt. But while the other two big pharmacies on the corner were boarded up and closed, Heartland opened on the morning of the storm.  Saved our butts. That, and always being pleasant to us, they've managed to stand out as a really good business. It's kind of rare for one to stand apart and make me notice, especially a pharmacy.
