Unprofessional staff....I called to inquire about my brother and they played on the phone over and over then after calling several times eventually sent me to someone and that Unprofessional individual hung up in my face her name was alisa. I was soooo upset never been that upset. My brother was sent to the emergency room twice and all I did was inquire about what took place but because of the Unprofessionalism, they took me completely out of my character when they could have simply told me what happen. I was very calm initially but after so much playing the phone I was so upset. I work in Healthcare and that was truly unprofessional
Well where do I start .. let’s see my mother in law was put in this place for ONE week and we had to call 911 and now she is in ICU SMH you people need to be a shame of your self !! You guys are nurses and DR. please don’t take your love one there ….. bottom line .. Everytime we ask questions or have any concerns you guys think it’s a joke. smh I say again PLEASE DONT TAKE YOUR LOVE ONES THERE ..Thanks April Padgett …
horrible facility.
My loved one is at this facility and I have had one problem after another. One main problem is their phone system. You call the front desk, they transfer the call then it hangs up. Some staff do not have their name on the VM to leave a message. Further, when you try to call after 6 or 7 pm they seldom answers the phone. Today I have been calling trying to reach the Soc Wkr and I can’t get thru to her for an urgent matter. The entire staff needs to be more professional.
Everyone on staff is so very helpful always smiling extremely kind and when asking staff for help with items they are immediately available. So wonderful when your loved ones are going through such a hard time.
My sister had a good experience here. They are short staffed but the staff does their best to be accommodating. My only complaint would be that I wish it was cleaner.
I watched my loved one deteriorate here after they were sent here without my knowledge from Baptist Health. They left them lay in bed to become malnourished and dehydrated. They did not disclose what type of medication was given, and my loved one was sedated to the point where they became incoherent. I saw a phlebotomist or medical assistant try to draw blood from both their arms, while wiping the needle off on the sheets in between sticking each arm and getting no blood due to dehydration. My loved one didn't have enough supervision at night and was allowed to stand up and have a horrible fall. Finally after two or three days of me trying to ask for a discharge plan or take my loved one home, they transferred my loved one in the middle of the night to the hospital after they went into respiratory distress. The transfer was done conveniently after I had taken their bag of clothes home and left late at night. Do not let your loved one end up here or at the very least be alone here. Update: it has been almost two months now since my loved one deteriorated here & was discharged and I am still waiting on the records.... this facility called me after the discharge & actually asked me to sign admin papers on behalf of my deceased loved one.... absolutely will not sign admin papers for this facility, nevertheless send the records, insurance still paying for this non-approved horrible stay at facility...
The Administrator, receptionists and cna's were very kind and helpful during the 2 -3 days worked there via the agency. If I have had any issues the Administratoropen door policy, resolved them quickly and fairly. The facility deserves more stars but the temporary DON Todd and the scheduling coordinator Christine were very rude, inconsiderate, dishonest and not helpful with issues on floor. Unfortunately the Administrator was not there today. I know she would have done what she could to provide or faciliate the help that was needed during such a heavy medication pass. Agency nurses are there to help solve their problem with understaffing and work along side the staff the do still have,as a team not to be mistreated, abused or used as scapegoat for their existing problems.
I've never seen electronic check in for a facility. It was as easy as signing in. My picture was taken and put on my name tag, which made me feel good that they knew who was going in and out. Every staff member I came in contact with were friendly and helpful.
The only helpful person in this facility is the amazingly kind receptionists. The administration in this building is an absolute joke. No one returns phone calls or attends meetings for tour loved one. The administrator must be new or just not care about the residents who are in the facility. The staff I'm sure are under staffed and over worked but I've called for over 2 weeks and have still yet to communicate with an actual nurse or someone knowledgeable as to my mother's condition. As a registered nurse myself I try to weigh on the side of patience and understanding, but this facility is horrible. There are one or two CNA's who have been kind as well through our window visits. The care plan meeting was a nightmare as well. The activities person, my mom was quarantined for the two weeks before this meeting, so why even be there. No nurse, no social worker, no case manager. The therapy department has been doing there part because she has gotten stronger but thats as far as it goes.
