I am the only commercial specialist in the Richmond and Lake Gaston regions with Long and Foster focusing exclusively on commercial real estate sales.
I am is a licensed agent who brings to the table 23+ years of experience in the real estate industry. I started as a residential appraiser, converting to commercial real estate 13 years ago, mostly in the Richmond region. In 2010 I earned the coveted MAI and SRA designations from the Appraisal Institute. As an appraiser, I have specialized in various forms of retail, office, land, multifamily, and specialty use properties. I have also performed market commercial rent analysis, marketability and feasibility studies, and various consultation assignments. I hold a Master’s Degree in Real Estate Valuation from Virginia Commonwealth University and teaches in the real estate department as an adjunct faculty member. I am an active member of the Virginia Commonwealth Chapter of the Appraisal Institute, two district and local chapters of the General Federation of Women’s Clubs, and CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women) of Richmond.
I bring this expertise to the sales side as a commercial real estate specialist. I grew up on Lake Gaston, and split my time between Richmond and the lake as a commercial expert in both locations.
