Description
In 1997 a local attorney purchased the 1.3 acre creek-front lot near Oriskany, Virginia with the intent to build a fishing and hunting “getaway”. In 2000, he commissioned Mennonite carpenters to construct the unique cedar cabin and adjacent 10′ x 20′ barn from Southern Living’s “Deer Run” design.
