My husband ordered a colorful bouquet to be delivered to me in the hospital. It was a beautiful arrangement with several unique flowers that certainly perked up my spirits! He was impressed with the designer’s helpful attitude and prompt delivery. We will definitely use this shop again!

Heavenly Scent Floral Boutique is absolutely amazing! They are are very creative, making flowers look like puppies; they are also very helpful, deliver on time, and their arrangements are beautiful. I would highly recommend them for any occasion. These ladies go above and beyond to get the flowers you want. They also make beautiful cakes!

I hope other people's experience is much different than mine. The company ruined the surprise of me sending flowers to my wife. Then when I called them to complain, the person on the phone was extremely rude. Considering how quick the person was to react to my disappointment, my guess is that this person gets a lot of complaints about ruining surprise deliveries. I was really disappointed because I wanted the delivery to be a surprise. Thanks Heavenly Scent Floral Boutique. There is nothing heavenly about your boutique.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. Ordered a spray for my aunt's funeral services and was guaranteed a 5 pm delivery. The ordering service had a confirmation, but no flowers. At 7:05 flowers arrived. In a vase smaller than a bridesmaid bouquet. The ribbon that was placed had mismatched gold lettering that had been stapled. On top of this, the flowers were the wrong color. When I spoke to the florist, she was rude and dishonest about the services. This turned an already emotional time into a very frustrating one.

A dear friend of mine has parents that live in the Independence area. Her father suddenly passed away and I was unable to attend the service as the distance was far & my work schedule wouldnt permit. When I called Heavenly Scent Floral Boutique and conveyed what I was wanting to send, I had no idea they would create something as beautiful and beyond what I anticipated. They even went above & beyond and texted me pictures so I could see what our family sent. I'm so thankful they were the number I called at random not knowing the area or the caliber of their work. I would highly recommend them and would shop there often if I were closer.

Cindy at Heavenly Scent was very helpful when we were ordering flowers for my mother in law's funeral in December of 2014. The flowers were beautiful and did smell really nice. They helped make my mother in law's service more beautiful. Thank you, Heavenly Scent.

Received what we thought was a beautiful bouquet of roses on a Monday, by Thursday every single rose was bent over at the top of the stem and brown. Quality roses should last much longer than this. Am extremely disappointed especially knowing what the sender paid for them!
