Just a warning to anyone who does shift work or frequently has to change work hours. I believe it’s an $80 charge to move appointment time unless you request 48hrs in advance. I would not suggest this practice to anyone low/moderate income or shift workers. In my experience, the cleanings were fine.
My experience here was very pleasant. Blake was my hygienist and he went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable, understood what he was saying and explaining, listened to my concerns, and created a treatment plan for future visits. He constantly made sure my questions were answered and I understood what he was saying regarding my X-rays and treatment options. I went in with a decent bit of anxiety, but it slowly melted away throughout my appointment. Thank you Blake! I look forward to my next appointment
The staff at this office are very friendly, and professional… BUT, they do not inform you on anything before they do it. I went in for a cleaning yesterday and they ended up doing a ton of x-rays and pictures and then ended up charging me $500. I only needed the cleaning. They took advantage of me not having insurance and did a bunch of extra things just to make money. I didn’t need three kinds of X-rays and all the extra pictures.
I have gone to consistent appointments at Heck Family Dentistry ever since I was very young. Their communication is always vividly clear, their staff are highly professional and courteous to their patrons, and the treatments always are fast and efficient. I couldn’t ask for a better dentistry.
Very great! They got me in last minute, I had a great teeth cleaning appointment. Everybody was so nice and kind. I felt very comfortable!
Blake was my dental hygienist and everything was done perfectly and thoroughly explained. Drs are all DDS so they can do all dental procedures needed - including root canals, implants, other dental surgery. I appreciate that.
I could not have asked for a better first appointment they put all my worries at ease. They made me feel great about my struggles with the dentist. Also so nice and informative! I am glad I decided to make this appointment
So direct with a plan and transparent about prices . Such friendly uplifting staff! Easy to talk to about such a big process, I always felt listened to And communicated with.
So far, I love this place. I cannot imagine my initial reaction changing. I called to inquire about implants and they got me right in with Dr Beeshore. I have been impressed on each visit. Dr Beeshore has listened to my concerns and takes the time to answer my questions and provide his recommendations based on his experience. I never feel rushed or like my questions are redundant. The staff has also been awesome. They return phone calls quickly and are always pleasant. Update - I can now say that Dr Beeshore and the entire staff have been great during my entire implant process. I love the way he interacts with his staff and patients. He personally called to check on me after a long procedure. He is truly passionate about his work and it shows. A special thank you to Lauren, Sherry and Ameliea. I am so happy that I chose Dr Beeshore and his team for my implants. I couldn’t be happier and am now enjoying foods that I haven’t been able to enjoy for years!!
Had a teeth cleaning. No x-rays, no dentist work. Just a cleaning. The cost was $251.00.
