Today I had a scheduled appointment at 10:30 with Dr Luna. Got there at 10 am got called in for my vitals at 10:22 never got called back to a room it was 11:45 I left. Dr. Luna is a great !!!! I saw a walking go in first then me hmmm!
Called to schedule a new patients appointment.. No appointment available till FeB 16. Oh and they took a good 10 min to answer the phone after they placed me on hold.
Mrs. Garza need manners on how to handle patients. When I asked her to give my lab results. She said Iwas a walk in and i had another day for return appointment for blood results. When asked that I had a lots of Drs appointment. Since I was there already. She said she would like a day off too. But she had to work and had things to do on her days off. I told her.... But you work and I'm disabled. No heart and when I ask her if I should stop the medication that the other doctor gave me. She said stop it. When she was not the one that gave it to me. She didn't even call the other doctor. As to why knowing he was going to schedule me for surgery. Not caring or wanting to know as to why I was going to have the surgery. She even told me to not to take the medication the other doctor gave me. After I told her I didn't want to take it cause of all the side effects.
I was referred to Dr. Amaya and Dr. Garza. I can tell u that these Drs are the best. The receptionist was very friendly. Dr. Garza very caring. She heard me out, and made sure to get all blood work and start schedule appointments that I needed. I definitely recommend her. If ur a female looking for a caring & professional female Dr. This is the place. Thank u Dr. Garza for understanding and to the staff very polite and friendly.
My husband has had a long list of health issues accumulate over the past couple of years and it hasn't been easy for him to deal with. For this reason it's so important that he has a team of medical professionals that we can trust to provide excellent medical care. Dr. Amaya and Mrs. Garza have both been exceptional with the care they have provided him. It is evident that they truly care about their patients. They have been such a blessing!
Very disappointed that the provider Garza that i was Seen by yesterday doesnt check you well and it was just an in and out visit doesnt take the time and til right now she hasnt sent the med to the pharmacy i understand they are busy but it would have been nice for her to spend more time with the patient in the room to examine the patient and send the meds right away why wait for us the patients to be calling. Front desk receptionist really nice and nurse as well. Got blood work and didnt hurt at all will ask for her again. Not very happy with the sevice i got yesterday from the provider will ask for a different provider and give the clinic a second amchance but blwill not make sure i dont get sure i dont get senn by the same provider
I was on hold for almost 30 min even after I didn't agree to the person named Victor to be on hold. I would think someone else could have picked up the call sooner. The doctor seems like a good doctor but you hardly see him.
I'm sure covid is making things crazy and Dr Amaya is a very good Dr. He listens to your symptoms. My wife and me too love his bed side manner.
It took 1.5 hours to get into to see the PA - not the doctor. Apparently they overbook intentionally. Why make an appointment if they don't even try to keep reasonably close to the schedule. It's not like they have to be out for surgery.
The staff is great ..Dr Hector Amaya actually listens is very caring and compassionate ...my Dr from here on out !
