Just had an extraction by Dr Philip. I have had quite a few teeth pulled and coming from experience I have to say Dr Philip and his team are top notch. Dr Philip didn't hurt me at all. Basically painless. His bedside manner put me at ease. His staff are knowledgeable, polite and professional. His prices are very reasonable. Win, win in my opinion. I would encourage anyone who is looking for a dentist to give Dr Philip a try.
Dr. Heinecke is absolutely amazing, and he has an excellent staff! I had not been to the dentist in almost 8 years, so to say I was nervous is an understatement. After speaking with Dr. Heinecke about Porcelain Veneers something I have wanted for over 10 years I felt so comfortable and knew I could trust him; and I am so glad I did! If you are looking for a dentist you can trust, who takes pride in his work and values his patients, look no further! After the procedure was complete, he was genuinely moved by how happy I was, and that meant the world.

Myself and my wife had been going here for years. Most recent cleaning was the worst experience I have had at a dentist. Technician damaged my repaired tooth leaving my mutilated and rushed me out of the office without even seeing the dentist. Dr. has obviously given up on this practice.
The one thing i have always wanted happened today, the start of a brand new smile, Thanks to the team at Heinecke I am able to have that feeling of confidence again. When my husband and I moved to Brooksville in 2006, we were in search of a Dentist. I began to call around, and when I called Dr. Heinecki's office and his receptionist Christine answered and was so polite and patient to answer my questions, I knew that this was the Dentist that I would choose. Usually when I have to go to the Dentist, I am so nervous, but Dr. Heinecki and his staff were so comforting. All the work that Dr. Heinecki has performed on me, has been top notch, grade A work. I recently had a new top denture made, and I was so amazed at the workmanship, and how much it improved my looks. I used to not smile that much, but I have to remind myself that my smile is beautiful now. I have never been to a Dentist where the Dentist and complete staff worked so well together, their relationship with the patient is so comforting and reassuring, and "listens" to the patient with complete understanding. Went here to get my tooth replacement Heinecke comes in and said he put "temporary Cemet" idk why someone would do that but low and behold 3 months later is falls out.... So I go back in and he goes oh well looks like i need to use permant cement to keep the replacement in.... Then they want me to pay for it after they put in my replacement wrong and it fell out not only that the filling he gave me is about to fall out aswell.... Super frustrated that I have to deal with this and filing a civil suit hopefully that gets me somewhere. Def would recommend a different dentist.
I have been going to him for years. Dr. Heinecke and his office staff is absolutely amazing! I would highly recommend him to anyone needing dental work!
