In 1961, Helen Painter, owner of the dynamic real estate firm – Helen Painter & Co. – asked her daughter, Ginny Holmes to “manage a few properties”. At the time, Ginny was married with a one-year old daughter and was a student at TCU finishing her degree. Helen Painter Property Management Company began in her home and under her expert guidance the firm grew to manage over 250 properties spanning five decades. Today, Ginny’s daughter, Cathy Taylor, is actively involved by serving as President and managing Broker.
