I literally can't thank Helen's Flowers enough for my wedding day. They were absolutely beautiful and they went above and beyond. For everything that we got it was such a good price as well. She delivered them on the day of the wedding with no problems at all. Set up our wedding arbor and all of our center pieces so that WE DIDN'T HAVE TO DO IT! Also, included lights for the lanterns for free!! I think that the flowers is what brought all the beauty together for the day of our wedding. Pretty much every person I talked to, they raved on the flowers. That the the flowers were gorgeous and one of their favorite parts of the wedding.

Ordered a $100 bouquet for our anniversary and for delivery to Fort Knox as a surprise to my wife.  Delivery was supposed to arrive in late morning.  Delivery did not arrive.  Spoiled the occasion.  Still pending delivery as of early afternoon.  The bouquet was very nice, no issues there, its the delivery.  Avoid this florist if you require delivery, they are unreliable.

What I did not appreciate is that the the florist clerk that was present ignored us completely after she said she would be right with us once she was done with the other customers that were there. They left and she said nothing of the sort of if she could help or if we needed assistance. I did not appreciate her treatment when we were nothing but patient and even when we asked for help she act like she did not want to help us. We felt an unprovoked disrespect at your place of business.

I live in Nebraska and my sister who now lives in Radcliff, is getting married this afternoon small ceremony and my husband and I couldn’t make it, so I wanted to make sure the bride has a beautiful bouquet! I spoke with Julie, and she understood what I wanted and she definitely delivered! And the bouquet was delivered exactly at the time I wanted! Thank you for the beautiful bouquet and amazing customer service!!!

Every Valentines Day I purchased flowers to be delivered to my fiancé at her work, location varies due to being a member of a mobile medical team, but knew where she would be today, so I picked out an arrangement to be delivered over a month ago. At 9:30 am, she was informed of some last minute changes and needing to travel to one of the alternate healthcare clinics she would not get to enjoy surprise  V-Day flowers! I had no doubt I was doomed, getting flowers arranged and delivered on the busiest day of the year when it was already 10:00 am. As I started calling floral shops, as expected making contact with the shops were unsuccessful, until I called Helen’s. Explaining my situation, I was quickly put at ease with the assurance that they could make it happen and my V-Day dilemma was resolved.  Knowing my fiancé prefers flowers over roses, choosing a floral arrangement versus a dozen roses requires a little more time, it requires selection of various colors, etc. That was time I did not have, that too was a challenge that Helen’s resolved. As I shared what flowers, colors, and floral accents my fiancé loves, I was again told it would be added to the arrangement.  As it was going on 11:00 am, Helen’s guaranteed that this custom arrangement would be created with the little info I provided, a picture would be sent before being put on the truck, for me to what would be received, and delivered before 2:00 pm. On Valentines Day…  I received a message from my fiancé shortly after noon to tell me I was the most amazing man, and all the other gratifying affirmations when we as men are not in the doghouse.  Helen’s Flowers not only saved the day for me but did it with restrictions that involved time management. What was an impossible situation to overcome from my side, Helen’s Flowers GUARANTEED me that it was nothing but possible.  You don’t see business operate like this often, I’m glad I experienced it today. Helen’s Flowers is awesome!

 This a local business and should be supported wholeheartedly. The gals that run the place are on point. The flowers are fresh and beautiful. The last time I purchased some they lasted almost a 10 days. The prices are reasonable but if you're giving your wife or girl flowers price doesn't really matter, does it?

Wow!!!! I had a promotion ceremony and decided last minute day before to get flowers for my family. Went into Helens 1 hour before they closed and ordered 5 flower bouquets. Each bouquet was specific to each person I was giving it to. When I say Wow!!! I mean amazing! Stupendous! Simply outright Awesome! My flowers were ready for pickup at 9am the next morning and my family wife, kids, siblings were amazed and so happy when I presented each bouquet. I highly recommend!
