I gave this hospital a 1 start because they are slow, rude , and not so clean. They literally takes their time. Everyone stands around talking and loud laughing. The security guards are just as loud and rude. If you could avoid this hospital please do.
My grandmother is currently here for the second time. She is in the COVID wing, and came in over a week ago because she'd developed pneumonia due to COVID complications. She has pre-existing nodules on her lungs, is struggling to breathe from the pneumonia, and they kept her one day and sent her home with no oxygen. Her stats started plummeting and she was barely able to stand. We have her back in the hospital again, and they almost tried to send her home after a couple days with no notable or sustainable changes. What is wrong with the doctors and nurses at this hospital? She's a woman with existing lung issues that have been exacerbated by COVID complications, and they want to wash their hands of it without a thorough course of treatment? The first time she was there, they only gave her 3 of 5 rounds of antibodies, figured "ah, that'll probably work," and made her go home to nearly die. This place and the people that run that wing can go eff themselves.
Have lived in the area 40 plus years this hospital was going down the drain, MUCH better now. DR can still use work on their bedside manner. Over all the place is cleaner and the NURSES are top knoch
It is actually called Capital Health Regional Medical Center Psychiatric Screening Center. They do Mobile Outreaches into the community of Mercer County NJ. Staff are compassionate, knowledgeable, and helpful. It is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
ER has a 4-6 hr waiting period Triage nurse took a diabetic blood sample without gloves then touch her face her phone where is the sanitation time 1:41pm 11-17-21
The worst hospital They give you cold food when your sick and they tell you they can’t heat it up the food is always cold They give u a little bit When u call for a nurse they don’t come I got real dizzy yo the point my eyes was crossing iwas calling for a nurse and NOONR CAME! And I was in icu They try to talk to u thru the glass instead of coming in and when they have to come in to help you they catch attitudes this is in icu btw this hospital is disgusting!!
This hospital mainly has Practice Doctor's. Also it takes over 2 hours just to register with only 6 people in the ER sitting area. Got in at 2:26am it's now 3:30am and haven't been called.
They were efficient and my brother had no issues after his emergency surgery.
Went to this hospital 3 times for my stomach still sick....you lay around they forget about you...the nurses act like they dont want to be there go to different hospital if you are able to
I cant not stand the a.m shift Cnas Some of them are cool but others are lazy but You gotta call too many times to get them to come
