Awesome locally owned furniture store & mattress store!! This is our go to favorite for any furniture or mattress need! The owner is awesome & Brandi their sales lady is amazing!! Great customer service, they really take care of you there!! Even if they don't have the furniture you like in their showroom, Brandi will likely be able to get it for you. For example I found something at American Furniture and she was able to get it for me & match the price. She is also gifted with interior design and making sure you get the right sizes for your space. Go check out this local store that's right across from Foothills mall & by Shamrock Warehouse.
We had been searching for a sectional couch for a very awkward space for about a year now. Looking online is not my preference for couch shopping, since it's impossible to tell how the cushions and fabric feel. I did look online a lot, though, to see what the price range was for what we needed. We were thinking we would spend $2500-3000. I didn't know about HelloHOME before last week, and was fortunate to find it through a google search. We went to the store and found a sectional that would fit perfectly in our space. . .and it was well under $2000! We visited two other furniture stores just to make sure we found the couch we wanted, and the cheapest version which wasn't even as nice or comfortable as the one we got was $3500 WITH A DEEP DISCOUNT. Brandi at HelloHOME was so kind and helpful, and the delivery person she hooked us up with was also a most excellent human he delivered it next day!. Since we bought the last couch of that series off the floor, she also gave us a discount! We will be using HelloHOME in Fort Collins for all of our future furniture shopping needs. What a gem of a place to have right here in town. . .so much better than price-gouging giant chain stores.
The store has a good layout. It isn't a huge store, but they use the space well. There are several different options to choose from, and if it isn't in that store they are able to get it. The two sales peeps there were great! They really flowed off and with one another with customers. I haven't seen that really before with sales people, but they pulled it off well. Super friendly and allowed us to browse at our leisure, but were there for any questions we may have. All in all a good experience, and I would recommend.
Brandi helps you design your room. With this in mind be SURE to buy your furniture at HelloHOME. Service great, furniture quality depends on what you pick out. I will be back to have Brandi help me design my living room.
Update #1: I've reached out to them since they responded to my review and will try to update it in the future! Original Review: I've only been here a few times and purchased one thing. The times I have been in the store, the employees have been helpful and nice. When I ordered my hanging chair, the person who was there seemed to be okay with answering my questions to the best of his knowledge with energy and kindness. Then later another employee kept in contact with me to get my item delivered within the week. And it's great they support local drivers whom of which was also very nice. So I'd give the actual store a good rating. However, I'm kind of disappointed in the condition of my product. I asked many questions about the condition my product would be in being it would be coming from another store, and the usability outdoors. I was overall told it would be better taken care of than the one I saw, plus was told it was great outdoors although his personal experience was with another brand. My item came with missing rattan in a few areas, nicked rattan, and a decently scrapped up base. I've only had it for a month on a covered patio. I've loved it... but those issues bother me still. Plus now I've discovered the paint flaking off and rust all over my new outdoor rug. I'm trying to research and buy products to fix the issues, but I'm unsure if the inside of the base or chair frame under the rattan will start to rust, something I can't fix. It's disappointing to have to put so much work into something I ended up paying the same price for if I'd ended up choosing one online fully new and with reviews between the chair and shipping. I wanted to support locally and just liked that particular style. Overall, I'd still suggest shopping at this store, but not every product sold may be the quality of some of their other stuff.
Had a great experience here! The staff is very helpful and genuine. The store is big enough that there are lots of options, but is not so big it is overwhelming. Will go back for the next furniture purchase.

I wasn't too sure what exactly I was looking for, but after showing pictures of my living space, the sales person helped me pick something that fit right in with my tastes and styles. Amazing customer service, very friendly and attentive with their customers. Got an amazing deal on a new queen mattress and bed frame! I would recommend checking them out.
Waaaay overpriced. You can get the same things at Ross, home goods etc for a fraction of the price. UPDATE:-After the "snark" reply, I'll drop it to a one star. You sell the same furniture brands as any other furniture store, at ridiculous prices. You even told us you knew this, and were trying to cut out the middle man. Make up your mind.
