They are so great! The moment you walk in, everyone is so warm and inviting. They really meet my child where they are and do not push something if he’s not ready. This ensures and maintains a positive relationship with the dentist and staff! They incorporated fun and helped my son to feel very comfortable. The environment was also very clean and very kid friendly. Highly recommend!!
So glad we decided to get a second opinion! The original dentist at Summit pediatrics said our son had 6 cavities. We saw hello Dental and he had 2. From the beginning to the end the staff was extremely friendly. We had a crown placed and a cavity filled. We were in and out within 30 minutes. I highly recommend them!!! Great communication, friendly staff and they made our son feel comfortable during his procedure.
Hello Pediatric Dentistry is amazing! My kids actually love going to the dentist, they keep them laughing and cheerful the whole time. They make it so simple to understand exactly what care they are providing and why. They have always been affordable and work with me to make sure everything goes as smoothly as possible from scheduling through billing.
This is now the second time I’ve brought my son here and love it! My son doesn’t really like listening to others and was nervous going inside, but Alyssa made him feel very comfortable and made his experience fun! He went home so excited and happy about getting his teeth cleaned! So thankful for the sweet staff!
As a mom who growing up had some very scary and somewhat traumatizing incidents that happened at a dentist office. I was skeptical when it came to finding the right dentist office for my two sons. That's when I was told about Hello Pediatric Dentistry. I am so thankful and grateful because they do such a fantastic job with my two boys! Dr. Ben and the rest of the team take such great care with all the kiddos they see! I recommend them anytime someone is looking for a dentist for their children because they are the best out there! Thank you so much for being such an awesome Dentistry! Thank you for taking care of my boys! And lastly thank you for helping me have faith in a good Dentistry! This momma isn't nervous to take her children to the dentist. I don't have to worry is something going to happen. From the bottom of my heart I can't thank you all enough!
Very welcoming and friendly staff! They all made my nervous son feel so comfortable, so quickly. Very quiet environment with a variety of shows on for kids to watch during their visit. You can tell that Dr. Ben and the staff here care about what they do and these kiddos.
My daughter was terrified of going to the dentist for her first time. In fact, I took her to my dentist and she totally freaked out to the point of rescheduling. We brought her here and had no problems! They were all so friendly and great with making kids feel comfortable!!! Thank you all for making this easier on me!!!
I have been super pleased with this office. Very clean and comfortable atmosphere. The staff is so amazing with my little one. The Doctor is great and explains/includes my kiddo in the process. Highly recommend!
Hello Pediatric Dentistry is amazing the moment you walk in! My son absolutely loved it Abby was so nice and kept him laughing and cheerful the whole time. She made it so simple to understand exactly what care she was providing and why. The X-Ray experience went so smooth. The whole experience went so smoothly then the last dentist. I’m glad we made the decision to switch to Hello dentistry!!
Excellent. All the staff were welcoming and greeted my kids. They were very patient, never forced my kids to do anything, were fun and playful. They had me in and out quickly, but did everything we needed to do without rushing. I highly recommend them.
