Friendly and accommodating hotel in DTLA. The staff was pleasant to work with and made the check in process easy.

I dont know if because my husband is Hispanic but they left his hair really bad. Line up was uneven I could tell from far. They charged him 30 dollars for it. He still has hair in the back. Its just bad I dont like leaving bad comments but it was that bad. He finished less than 10 minutes ‍ other places we've gone they take there time.

Shaahid is the most consistent and reliable barber I have ever had. Been going there for many years. . . never disappointed. Great service, friendly atmosphere, and most importantly - I always leave with a tight stylish haircut and feeling handsome!

This place is a roll of the dice and definitely overrated. Went in for a basic taper and got my hairline permanently damaged by an inexperienced barber. Unless you personally know one of the 6-7 barbers working here, do not waste your time or money

No need to post a picture of the disaster...this spot was recommended to me. Paid way to much to look like my hair was falling out. Brought me some clippers cut it and edged it . There's nothing worse than paying to have a bad hair day.

Barber in the last chair, 40+ years old but has VERY amateur skills. Can’t line your face without leaving you looking like you just got in a fight with Freddy Kruger. DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO PICK SCABS OFF OF YOUR FACE FOR A WEEK.

My nephew and I both got the comb over. The guy at the last chair to the left 20yrsold Doesn't listen, has a sick attitude problem, and hates way to hard. I hope he reads this. Some advise if you dont like being a barber drop the clippers bruh cuz your bad for business.

My hair was cut by a barbet that wad new to me. Great personality, and my hair cut looked great!! I get lots of compliments on my appearance.
