They must make cheap jewelry. Or mass produce their jewelry. Why? Because I’ve had my diamond wedding band for 2 weeks and I’m already missing a stone. And previously, my engagement ring had a loose diamond after having it for only 1 year. Thankful for the insurance, they will be replacing this stone free of charge when I take it in. Excessively long turn around time for repairs and resizing. Poor communication with associates in store who never explained cleaning and inspections are mandatory, luckily we found out in time for my engagement ring. Never had this many issues with rings, nor this long of a turn around time for repairs/resizing at other jewelers. Will take my business elsewhere from now on.
Best jewelry store you’ll find. They have the best deals and the best ways to work with customers. They even offer some types of financing. I prefer helzberg over Kay or any other popular jewelry store. Every piece of jewelry from here as a story and has been designed and detailed around the world, I highly recommend Helzberg Diamonds!
Jackie helped my fiancé and I pick out a wedding band for me today at the Great Lakes location and the service was excellent! She was very knowledgeable and made a few helpful suggestions to us. She made the whole experience seamless and we walked out very excited and happy with our purchase!! Highly recommend speaking with Jackie if you are ring shopping here.
Lilly and Natalie and are terrific. They have helped me out many times and especially trying to get a custom piece to perfection. Even after not being able to shop there for a couple years they remembered my name and my interests. The girls go way above and beyond. I'm blessed to have them as my jewelers. They are always helping me find the best deal for my budget. Thank you for always making a girl feel great and welcomed.
This review is long overdue. I went to Helzberg for my engagement ring and they were extremely helpful and I loved the customer service. Without even considering other stores, I returned to purchase wedding bands as well. I ran into some complications soon after and they were more than willing to help me out. I have since purchased one of their Swiss watches and another ring. I would recommend them to anyone!
Always a pleasure visiting Helzberg Diamonds. We have been helped by Lilian a couple of times and she is the best! She knows exactly what you're looking for and isn't pushy at all, which really love about her.
It's been years since I've walked into a jeweler, where the staff was not only knowledge, but very personable! It is with great enthusiasm & sincerity that I compliment Natalie, Michelle & Chrystal! We look forward to working with these ladies again!!
