I only brought my rings in to be sent out to clean and re-dip, a service they provide for free. Tony treated me as if I was making a $20,000 purchase. He took all of my questions seriously, took his time with me, and made me feel like a valued customer. I'm so glad we purchased from them! Highly recommended!
I first visited this store when I was trying to find an engagement ring for my fiance. Alice and V took great care of me and now my soon-to-be wife and I agreed that this is our jewelry store. They take their time to help you with whatever you need or planning. Excellent customer service and great atmosphere. We've purchased four rings this year and are very pleased.
I had a wonderful experience with Alice. I had a ring of my mother's that meant a lot to me. I noticed that something was wrong and brought it to this location. Alice was kind and cooperative. She brought me into the diamond room and took her time to show me what was going on with my ring. She explained in great detail what needed to be done. Overall, I had a great employee experience and I felt that I could trust Alice with my ring. She took her time to make sure I was satisfied and that my sentimental ring was in good hands. I left 100 percent satisfied and definitely recommend this location.
I would not recommend shopping here! I hate to dog a company but my experience with this company was a nightmare. Girls grow up dreaming about their ring. My husband really was looking for something so special and he was so excited when he found my ring here! It had to be resized when we first got it. They also encouraged me to resize when I got pregnant. Within the first year it had to be repaired twice for a bent band and a missing stone. They asked me at one store I contacted what I had been doing because that’s really hard. Like it was my fault and they wanted to blame me. A few months later another stone fell out and we were headed to Japan on military orders. Where I was living there wasn’t a store close so I was told there was pretty much nothing they could do. Since I have been to Japan another stone has fallen out. Now the woman is saying it’s because it was resized.. which the encouraged me to do.. now they are saying that comprised the ring. Now we are in Japan there is no store. They won’t give us any money back on the ring. My husband paid 1000 plus more than the ring costed online. Which we didn’t know at the time. The ring is listed 1700 they charged my husband 3000 for a ring that is now falling apart in less than a year..customer service has tried to blame me and the resize but taken zero responsibility. Now I am in another country with now way to repair the ring and I can’t wear it BUT we are still paying for it. Customer service has said we could pay to send it in but if it gets lost it’s on us. They have offered NOTHING for any other bad experience. They won’t give me any kind of coperate number which I hate to ask for but this situation to me is just so Heartbreaking.
My husband bought my engagement ring here almost 16 years ago and we were so impressed that we’ve bought all of our jewelry here ever since! The quality and service can’t be beat! Huge shout out to Alice and Leah for always being so kind and helpful. Such a great atmosphere in the store overall. Highly recommend!!
I took my wedding set in to have 2 diamonds replaced, and the shanks re built. It ended up being totally restored because several other prongs were bad and diamonds were loose. When I picked my rings up they looked brand new! I also got them back the day I was promised they would be done. I definitely will use them again for any repairs. Great work and care was put into them!
Went in today to update my wife's wedding set. She got a Princess cut with a band insert! Absolutely stunning! We give a big thanks to Alice and Tony. They helped us match a beautiful set. Thank you!!
Me and my husband had a great experience at Helzberg diamonds ! Alice took care of us and made sure we were well taken care of! She was very kind and helpful and even threw in some discounts and coupons. Being military alice and the gentleman that sized out rings made sure we got our items back in a timely manner but also great quality. I definitely recommend visiting and looking at the collection and ask for Alice !
My experience with Helzberg Diamonds was amazing! The customer service was great from start to finish. Alice was very nice and informed me about getting approved for a credit with them. Aleya was super professional when it came down to the breakdown of my payments and Tony.. aka Tony the Tiger made the transaction happen! I highly recommend these guys for any special occasion. They are top Tier!!!
Alice Gilliam helped me with a Blue & White Sapphire lab created Pendent for my Wife. My Wife is Very Happy with the Pendent. Alice was very helpful finding a piece of jewelry that fit my budget. I will be back.
