I went in looking for a replacement wedding banf since I failed and lost mine. Let me tell you, the two women who worked there were some of the nicest and most helpful people I have ever come across. Sadly they didn't have the product I was looking for.
Cathy was great!! She took the time to show me multiple rings and combinations with bands, explained the quality and clarity, explained the lifetime warranty, and answered every question I had. She made my experience with Helzbergs one that will keep me coming back.

Crystal was absolutely amazing at helping my fiancé and I today! She made our wedding ring experience smooth and simple. She also helped us get all of my jewelry on the same cleaning/inspection schedule! I couldn’t be more thankful for her help!
Purchased an engagement ring and wedding bands from them. Had a ring sized there, and it wasn't sized right when we got it back. Then today I went in with a bracelet I was hoping to get help identifying, and I was shut down and treated almost as if I were a homeless person walking in there with something I found in a gutter. Their jewelry might be nice, but the treatment I got today makes clear, if you have a problem, or would like their help with anything they will hang you out to dry.
Love the customer service here! I found a pretty awesome ring, and they continuously help me take care of it!
Cathy was such a treat to work with. Never once did we feel pressured into making a choice we were not comfortable. But further more, we came in 4 months later to finish our ring, and guess what? We walked in and immediately she recognized us. Kristle who also assisted us before stopped by and chatted with us while we were finalizing our purchase. She recalled what my fiancé and I did for our jobs. Seriously this team was amazing!
When I was in to get my necklace fixed the first time, at first the lady was didn't make the experience friendly. But someone took over was professional, and explained what was going on and tuned it around. Today I was in to pick up my necklace again. And then ladies remembered ne from my review. Thank you for being so nice in the becoming hateful world.

This place has really went down staff wise these last 2 years. Zero customer service at this location, never answer the phones and can't even open on time. As I'm writing this, I'm sitting outside the store at 10:19 A.M when it says they open at 10:00 a.m. and the rest of the mall is open. For as much as we spend here, it would be nice to be able to talk to someone who is semi knowledgeable in what they are selling. Have had multiple issues with this store, finally dealt with corporate to resolve my issue on that but still have to come to the store for my inspections. I have to leave by 10:30 so if they aren't open by then, I'll be calling corporate again. This is seriously ridiculous, get it together Helzberg. Would give zero stars if possible. Sadly I'll be shopping elsewhere from now on. I'm done with this mess!
