First time to this jewelry store, I had them size, tighten a diamond, and polish my ring. The center stone, which is a marquee Tanzanite, now has scuff marks all along both sides. They said that they made a note that there was some abrasion but this is so much worse! I can literally take my finger and feel the scratches all over the sides. I do not believe they treated the tanzanite stone properly when refurbishing. I do NOT recommend getting polishing/refurbishing done at this store I'm going to have to look into replacing the center stone now.
Came in to shop around for my 10 year anniversary wedding ring upgrade. Rhonda and Leslie did an amazing job helping me pick my new engagement ring!! They were very helpful in finding the perfect setting and diamond for me! Highly recommend to come in as Rhonda and Leslie will take good care of you! Love my new ring!!
I went in to look for a new ring for my wife, I worked with Jennifer, absolutely the best. She explained to me the differences in cuts and how diamonds are rated. Together we found a beautiful ring that I will be purchasing very soon. If you are not sure of what you want she is the one to work with. Thanks again Jennifer

Came looking for an engagement ring and had a fantastic experience. Leslie and Rhonda helped me find the perfect ring and the process was smooth, comfortable and efficient. I was looking at many jewelry stores at the time and after each visit I would leave uncomfortable and unhappy as most places take a very sales approach to their customers. Both Rhonda and Leslie made me feel at home and wanted to help me find the best fit for my future fiancé. This place is truly trying to create customers for life and did so with me.
Leslie was very sweet and kind to work with. She found us exactly what we were looking for right after stepping into the store. She was also very patient with us and we were figuring out what to pick out. We always love coming to Helzberg as we know we always get quality service and products.
Me & my fiancé had a great experience because of Leslie! She helped us pick out our wedding bands, was very helpful and patient with us. Leslie was diligent to find what we were looking for and stood late to accommodate our schedule!
If you want to be treated like a 5 year old, please stop in to the Crystal Lake, Illinois location and ask for manager Kim Kahlmorgan. I guarantee she will belittle you and convince you that you know nothing despite the fact that you have been a customer for 25 years. After discussing back and forth for 15 minutes about my needed repair of my ring, I was 10 seconds from telling her to shove my ring where the Sun don’t shine and walk out the door!! However, I was able to bite my tongue and convinced her to pull up my history on her computer. Once she did that, she was a wee bit nicer and I was able to drop off my ring for repair. Having the fear of God in me to pick up the repair, praying she was off that day and someone else could help me, I was assisted by a very nice and respectful woman. All in all I will continue to shop this store, but if she’s the only one available at the time I will walk out. I suggest you do the same! Avoid this woman at all costs, as she’s a piece of work!! I wanted to surprise my wife with a new wedding band for our 10 year anniversary. Leslie was extremely helpful and an absolute pleasure to work with!! Customer service is top notch!!
Really great friendly customer service. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Made sure that we were well informed of the jewelry choices that we were making. Highly recommend this location.
