We LOVE this Helzberg location! They’ve helped us with everything from purchases to repairs to custom pieces. I’ll never trust a different jeweler with any of my business- they always come back flawlessly. We recently moved to Charlotte but still make the 4 hour drive to see Caroline and Jim for all our jewelry needs! The store might sell the “I am loved” collection, but these staff members will truly make you feel as such.
We thoroughly enjoyed our experience at Helzberg Diamonds!! Looking at the diamonds under the microscope made my heart so happy. Sonila is absolutely wonderful & amazing!! Shop in store. It's so much better and you gain more knowledge.
We have been seeing Christina at this location for over a year now and she has hands down been one of the sweetest and most caring people we have ever met. She gave so much helpful information and was able to answer every question! She made everything so personal to who we were as a couple. We cannot say enough good things about her. My fiancée Lora and I are so grateful for her and her amazing customer service!
Our rep goes by Mo and he was the absolute best! He was very thorough and educational with his explanations of all of the diamonds. We chose a beautiful VVS diamond and my wife loves! Don't hesitate to go see MO! Bonus is that the entire staff was nice and helpful as well.
I can’t say enough about how great Mo was! This was our first time jewelry shopping at Helzberg and it was a wonderful experience. Mo took us into the Diamond room to literally show us and educate us on the quality of the diamonds via microscope prior to our purchase. He did not pressure us at all, yet was VERY knowledgeable and personable. It was truly a pleasant experience. We will definitely make all of our future jewelry purchases with Mo at Helzberg Diamonds. Christina helped my brother and I to choose out a diamond for his fiancés ring and helped us with other inquiries, she was absolutely fantastic! So incredibly sweet and executed her job perfectly, it wasn’t overwhelming at all and all their options are honestly so incredibly beautiful, also helped us with a great offer!
My experience was wonderful. The sales lady, Christina was wonderful as she was very patient and helpful. She helped me find just the right item. I highly recommend them for any jewelry needs
