I had experienced the loss of my stone on a ring whose prongs/basket failed. My insurance recommended we visit Helzberg to consult for a replacement and repair. The team was so incredibly helpful, from the first phone call, to taking the time to help me research options and replacement stones, to communicating with me along the entire way. I was very impressed, well before actually receiving the finished product. Once the ring had arrived, I was blown away. The work performed was stunning and I couldn’t have been happier. Super appreciative of the service, support and delivery all the way through!

A very very great place to get jewelry at a good price, develop a personal relationship, and even get custom work pieces made. I recently did the appraisal Bonanza which they do yearly, and I was greeted with five star service as well as accurate appraisals.. I mentioned I wanted a custom piece made, and now have an appointment with a jeweler who's going to make me exactly what I want.. we're talking about the Concord Mall.. Not someplace on Beverly hills drive... Thank you for your great services, and I will be back to spend more with you..
