Our family has been refining and expanding our jewellery expertise and manufacturing techniques using the latest technology available. CAD CAM (Computer Aided Design and Computer Aided Manufacturing) technology provides Hempen Jewellers clients the exact and precise jewellery designs they want for the price they want. All custom jewellery is made at our location allowing for a quick turn around times.

Our downtown Newmarket location at 220 Main Street provides an extensive selection of contemporary, timeless and classic jewellery designs. You will find everything from diamond engagement rings, diamond fashion rings, wedding bands, designer necklaces, diamond bracelets, earrings, gold bracelets and the finest quality gem stone jewellery.

I ordered a custom designed ring with a turquoise of my choice. I am more than happy and impressed with the amazing work that they did. The ring turned out much better than expected. Tom and his team are extremely skillful. The prices are also very competitive. I will definitely shop here again in the future if I am up for another piece of jewelry. Sophia is a great designed and very talented. My ring was not easy but these guys did a phenomenal job. I definitely recommend them over any big or famous company. I wish them continued success.
These folks really know their craft passionately-well and really look after you. It's refreshing to interact with such a well run business. I went to them looking to have a custom engagement ring created, without really knowing anything about the process or knowing for certain what I wanted; only a rough budget and idea. They patiently guided me through the design phase and clearly explained the steps involved, both from their side as well as what was needed from me. Any of the many questions I had for them were answered promptly and confidently. The end result being a ring better than identical to what I had envisioned in my mind. What really stood out for me was their attention to detail and honesty with, well, everything. The best example I have of this is them pointing out and preemptively saying they would address some details in the metal model of the ring that may have made wearing it slightly uncomfortable for my now-fiance. Very subtle details that I would not have noticed without them mentioning it to me. Just goes to show their knowledge, honesty and professionalism. Overall the whole new-to-me experience was very comfortable and I genuinely feel they exceeded my expectations in creating a beautiful ring. An adjustment had to be made after all was said and done, and as aforementioned, they looked after me. I will not hesitate to give them my business in the future and will recommend them whenever asked. =
Tom designed a beautiful bling ring for me after showing him the type of design I was interested in. He surpassed my expectations and stayed within my budget,
Tom provides great customer service, he and his team are quick to respond to all inquiries, and have made our engagement ring shopping/sizing etc a breeze! Would recommend.
The best jeweller around. My fiance bought my engagement ring from Hempens and we are from Mississauga. When he told me I was surprised he went to New Market but when we went shopping for our wedding bands I immediately understood why. Tom, Kirsten and the team are absolutely amazing. They are tentative, listen to what you want and truly know what they are talking about. Amazing experience and I definitely will be back.
This review of Hempen jewellers is long overdue. In this summer of 2021 I needed to replace and repair my wife’s engagement ring including getting it resized. Tom and team at Hempen were super helpful from the early stages of selecting a new stone, through to the quality of workmanship and finally, with everything completed on time. My wife loved her ring which I presented back to her for our anniversary and it will be a treasured heirloom for many years to come. We absolutely recommend the custom, professional service provider here along with very reasonable pricing for the top quality craftsmanship provided.
My fiance and I recently went to Hempen Jewellers to get some work done to my engagement ring. We worked with both Tom and Kirsten and they were both absolutely phenomenal. They worked together with us to create a ring that we love while also being extremely respectful of our budget. The quality of the work is amazing. The final product is gorgeous and we honestly couldn't have asked for a better overall experience, we are thrilled. They are so knowledgeable about their trade and offered advice and incorporated all of our ideas into a beautiful final product. A huge thank you to both of them, and we will definitely be working with them for our wedding rings.
